@filbert383 i put 2.02 heads and a 282/292 duration 218/228 @.50 with 463/465 lift lunati custom grind cam with 1.7 harland sharp roller rockers and springs good for 600 lift and new retainers
shouldn't be too hard if you have better heads. mine are bone stock and holding back my power levels. Be sure to come back and update once you know how much your Ram dyno'd at. (what parts are going into your motor?)
Tim Cushman A stock R/T makes 250 to the flywheel... He's making at least 335 to the crank considering at the most a 15% drivetrain reduction in power... That's 85 horsepower, not 35-40... And this is with stock heads, a cam, and a tuner as he said below. I don't know what else he has done but it looks like an intake and possibly a TB.
@@SUPERstang1991 typically a 360 magnum dynos at 190-200 to the wheels. Drivetrain loss with a 46re is around 20-22%. Tom's is a manual, so less loss. 15% or so.
Pretty consistent performance. I'd like to see a parts list and the numbers.
@1995dak Yup. made 285 hp and 325 tq to the wheels.
What are the specs on the cam?

hoping to put down more than that in my ram
hey i have a question what did you need to do your 5 speed swap in your R/T i kinda want to do the same was there any fabrication involved?
How meany of these have you owned
Too rich off idle(?)
how do you use a whiplash cam, in a EFI motor??
you install the cam, dyno the truck, and drive it.
@@big_k8393 😅
Get the magnum variant if you're putting it in a magnum engine
wow you did something right cammed a 360 and putting down smaller numbers than stock that's real power the smaller the number the faster you go
ok so he added 35-40 hp congrats at the fly wheel
