From my experience these don't need to be in slot 1, but also has anyone found a way to make the black pouches from Casino heist work again? I try this with that outfit and it dissappear when trying to change top, could it be the Night vision head piece?
I just saved a bullet proof helmet and chemical gas mask to the outfit with pouches. I then Did whatever I could to force save it..then started A titan of job as normal.
In terms of the black pouches without a belt, it does work. However you cannot change the shirt, pants, or shoes, but the vest you can. Everything else like helmets, gloves, etc,. Will/should work.
Gun belt came off at the last part (after saving last step and customizing option) unfortunately. But the pouches stayed. Also was able to add a vest (from interaction menu). My personal results on: "Xbox 1(x)"

casino upgraded tech won‘t work, only the pouches from cayo, also im unsure what you mean by „belts from the gun store“
