Mk3: make it a completely defensive vehicle that reflects or destroys incoming missiles but so that you cant use it as a weapon you cant shoot from it. it would basically be the complete opposite of the MK2.

A good idea for the mk3 could be having a land and air mode while being insanely fast, and have defensive capabilities. For the weapons it would have some simple dual machine guns at the front
so mk1 without the missiles and little bit of defence

I think as a way to make a MK3 while making it balanced could be to give it a little bit more speed, allow a 2nd person to fit, change the kind of missile it can shoot (like with bombs) like say incendiary, gas, or EMP (no cluster) but reduce the amount of missiles it contains after purchase, It would have countermeasures and boost like the MK2, and as a special little ability that shows it better as MK3, it would be able to maneuver like a plane (unlike MK 1 or 2), have VTOL like Hydra, as well as the ability to control it remotely. However, if you control it remotely, you will not be allowed to use the weapons unless it's EMP or use the boost. It would be like using guided missile but faster and easier to control plus EMP and not blowing up when crashed

They could add something that's like the MK1, where it's like a motorcycle with wings and a boost. It could have bombs that you can drop but have a 5-second cooldown between each bomb and it can have a speed that's not as the MK1, but slower than MK2. It could have a feature where you can use the boost then.

Honestly that wouldn't be bad as long as it doesn't come with weapons, kind of like that Heli that goes off the radar but just invisible to other players, and teleporting can be like fast traveling in the Kosatka where u go through a small cutscene and bam ur on the other side of the map and away from enemy players that would be kinda neat.

There are a few good ways you could nerf the MK2.
One is change how the missiles work, remove the super lockon and only make it able to shoot one missile at a time with a cooldown in between each shot. That would cut down severely on missile spamming and the almost guaranteed hit each time.
Another is make it more vulnerable to damage, it can still take the same amount of fire before it explodes but like aircraft its flight capability can be damaged. When it gets hit its hover control has hitches and it can suddenly drop altitude, a few sustained hits can cause the hover engine to sputter making it drop suddenly. Enough damage and the hover engine gives out completely making it grounded, only able to do short "hops" using the booster. With that it can be taken out of the sky a lot easier by players, no more tanking several hits from a minigun with no effect. FMJ ammo could down the hover engine in one hit as well.
A third option as well, give the players better countermeasures. One I would suggest is make a modernized version of the "Fliegerfaust", an experimental micro missile launcher designed to take down airplanes. Make it fire a battery of lets say 10 micro missiles, each themselves not doing a lot of damage (like it would take 5 of them to hit to explode a regular car) but they lock on fast and are very agile. MK2s and planes can use flares but they can only attract a part of the volley, some missiles are still tracking. Planes can tank some hits and the MK2 won't explode directly, but it's enough to knock the rider off grounding them.

@@origaming3190 Sadly that doesn't help too much if you are on foot and you got a dive bomber that can put you into a death loop. The MK2 desperately needs a counter you can use on foot.
one idea i had about an mk3 opressor would be that it would be able to only shoot lazers which don't deal an insane amount of damage, no aim help and the lazer overheats and you have like a 5s cooldown once it overheats. it would also be able to go slightly faster than the mk2, let's say from 130 to 145 mph. however the engine also overheats, and the only way to cool it down ?... you guessed it, land on the ground !

If they make the MK3, they should make it a work vehicle for businesses. You could carry multiple people, attach to moving vehicles or even purchase a hook upgrade - while having no way of using any special weapons, only the ones you could use in normal vehicles (pistols, smgs...)
Then wouldn’t people just run around and attach the hook to random peoples vehicles and then toss it into the ocean

Use the model as the mod and make it the same as MK2 but it can move from side to side with a longer but longer recharge (must be completely stationary) the only benefit being it’s ability to move from side to side instead of needing to rotate.
Maybe a MK3 would be faster, have stealth options and be able to travel underwater, but either no weapons or only able to target NPCs

They could take a similar function to the helicopters, take off weapons... maybe only submachine guns max, but have speed and agility. It could be like a flying nightshark.
One thing to do: if you have enough cash you kill them a lot of times with the orbital cannon but you will need a facility to get the orbital cannon. The facility will also keep you safe so I think the orbital cannon is a really good option.

Pulling out a jet just to get back at a troll doesn’t seem worth it rather just use my own mk2 or a toreador
MK3 it could have an emp feature like some sorta bubble around it at all times so that any missiles will be shut down and become ineffective and for dealing with machine gun type weapons it could have slightly better armor than the MK2 so it can take a beating if the extra speed doesn't help to avoid being shot in the first place
All you have to do to nerf the mk.2 is reduce the amount of missiles it has available, as well as increase the insane turn radius the oppressor mk.2 missiles have. Boom still useful for missions, but takes more skill to grief because you need better missile aim
If it where to be released, I think it should be an anti-griefer/low-key flying vehicle, that can go off the radar, is quite fast, has no weapons, and an infinite chaff and has the same kind of mechanics as the mark 1 where you have to control your flying skilfully instead of it being hella easy like the mark 2
No one would use it the mk2 is used for grinding and it has weapons fast enough to do anything really then why would you use a mk3 with no weapons for anything you might as well use a mk1 with missiles and go of the radar

10:22, a mixture of both the mk1 and mk2, like you can drive it as a motorcycle, but the wheels go up when flying, and it flies like an actual plane (going upside down and stuff)
Mk3 should be a mixture of mk1 and 2, just like deluxo, has wheels that can be toggled in and out, just like a plane. but most importantly, it can change to fly or ground mode. while in the ground mode, down force increases and you use it just like a bike, with some wings and boost just like the regular mk1. and in flying mode, its like mk2. couldnt think of more
I feel like the oppressor MK3 could be good if they made it a hybrid between the MK1 and MK2 where you can switch to land or air mode. The only weapons would only be the MG or explosive MG

Basically A Grinder's Version Of The Mk2.
Model is kind of like the bike you're riding, it's top speed on ground and on air is 175-200, instead of missles it shoots a beam thing exactly like the Up and Atomizer that simply just pushes cars a bit but you cant shoot while on it, making it basically a vehicle purely for transport and defense, completely incapable of causing actual damage to things, and since the up and atomizer only successfully flips and throws cars from a certain angle, it would practically only be used by griefers to unsuccessfully push people during missions and inevitably get blown up by a homing missle, boom
I actually think this idea is brilliant
maybe a deluxo version of the oppressor where it can drive like a normal bike and then flip the wheels to their sides and has a hiver mode and a fly mode. could have some kind of missile repellant that flings away rockets coming at you and possible a temporary shield for guns and stuff. would be fun to fly around

sometimes I look at the map and see someone doing missions and an mk2 catching up to them, I will go out there and draw the mk2's attention. throw some flares out over the grinder. sometimes the mk2 will shoot then I kill the mk2 several times and stay with the grinder and tell them to keep going. we help each other like that if we see a potential attack.

First time i bought an oppressor mkII i used it for exploring places that are difficult to explore with helicopter or jets.
i may have an idea: mk3 would be an incorporated homing jammer in series, no need for customizing the vehicle for it to have it, it would be have missiles that act like rpgs like normal, with the same if not double the time for an rpg to reload but as soon as a mk2 is in the vicinity it insta locks some homing sam turrets of sorts, oh and if anybody has a mk2 they would not be able to buy, just not available on shop
You know if they ever do add an oppressor mk3 they should add a feature where if you jump off a building and you got the oppressor as your personal vehicle it comes flying to you when you jump off like the movies
But that would be overpowered because people could be minding their own stuff and they just see a guy in their map on a building, and then boom, he jumps off the building and get son and oppressor mk3 and kills them before that can even get to understand what the fuck just happened

Land and Air mode. the only weapon is a laser at the front, and it can defend from every type of weapon for only 20 seconds at a time with a 2 minute recharge time for the defenses while still being insanely fast.
Would be cool if you had the option to use the mk in passive mode. Sometimes you just wanna fly fast without the risk of being blown up
They should remove it's targeting on players.
The targeting portion depends on the player. I used to have free aim on my character, but for the Oppressor Mk2 I changed it to Target Strangers which will lock onto everyone.
I think the Oppressor is okay as a vehicle. It has 20 rockets, you can literally count down each rocket until the user runs out. The problem is the person who rides the oppressor, not the vehicle itself.

Emp that disables nearby vehicles weapons within a 500 ft radius, insanely fast, steath mode, and maybe some cool customizations (not weapons), and maybe make it with a no fly mode like a combo of the mk1, and mk2 that way people who loved doing tricks on the mk1 can have that same experience with a more improved version, and people can't bother you if your trying to just have fun or do a mission because of the emp's. It would be a fun safe and efficient vehicle for getting missions complete with features from both the mk1, and 2.

The thing is... It doesn't have to be weapons. You could make a MK3 like with the agency upgrades. Remote control and Missile Jammer. I think that'd be pretty sick. You could literally use it for jobs. I mean downside you don't have weapons but if the top speed is faster and it has agency upgrades ANDDD looks cooler (like the one in the video). I think that would be a great addition.
MK3 Idea: Can seat 2 players, Tiny bit faster than MK2, Off radar ability, wheels can extend out the bottom so it can stay on ground, boost that lasts 5 sec and recharges every minute, can take 10 rpgs and 15 homing missles, underwater mode, underwater mode lasts only a short time, has flares and can drop like spike strips or spikes

I think a good way they can need the mkll would be to take away your ability to lick on to other players, but it can still lock on to cops and npcs, the mkl would be able to lock onto players but not the mkll
Rockstar could make opresor mrk 3 by removing the locking rockets, making it drop something like bombs ,making the masingun less accurate but doing more damage , making it going 150-170 km an hour and the coast 9M with trade price 8M .Like that it would be easy to do preps or other missions but in the same time not that easy killing players. An update in the terrybite for a special armor update which Makes the opresor mrk 3 worth buying by rich players.
I would like the idea of a mk3 as a stealthy, non-weaponized(with some countermeasures maybe), batshit fast supersonic hover bike, something to get to point A to B in the blink of an eye
A good way to nerf the oppressor mk2 would to replace the normal homing missiles for lock on kinetic missiles, so it throws you around instead of just insta killing

Built with a hover and ground feature with boost active at all times. No weapons but has constantly working lock on jammer. Upgraded: makes explosives shot or thrown at you get disabled at a safe distance

mk3 could be a mix of mk2 and mk1. drive on ground like a normal bike and fly like the mk2, switch modes similarly to the deluxo. then have no missiles, only normal drive-by guns like pistols

I think there should be a oppressor mk1.5 so it can actually be a land vehicle but like the mk2, it can fly too. But also remove countermeasures. So basically a deluxo in motorcycle form
Mk3: stealth, defensive anti-missile rockets and electric missiles as weapons that would cause little damage but would immobilise people and vehicles for some time and can’t be spammed on a single area
I've been a pvp player since xbox 360 and i can tell you every vehicle in the game has 2 things in common. A weakness and the fact it takes some level of skill to use, the problem with the mk2 is it has neither of those qualities. The only way i can see to nerf it and keep it in the game is to remove the missiles. At a bare minimum it will take immense amounts of skill to kill someone with explosive cannon without dieing. Another potential nerf could be to make it less agile in the air so its a lot harder to dodge missiles on it so players with homing launchers have a chance to kill the mk2 user if they position badly giving it a weakness. Then hopefully the vehicle might have at least some place withing gta online.

The explosive cannon is more op than rockets imo. Its just mini rockets that get fired 20x faster

@@ZePacifista and no, it takes life 5 to blow up a car, maybe 2 or 3 to take on players, plus if someone on an oppressor shoots a rocket at you, without rockets your done.
i agree as it would still be a viable option for getting around on the daily grind
Just make something that flies really fast (helps with grinding), has good armor but is not weaponized or maybe just has a turret gun which is almost pretty useless for people who don't know how to use it properly

If the oppressor homing missiles (and homing missiles in general) couldn’t lock onto players and only lock onto NPC’s the vehicle would be a lot more balanced

Mk3 depressor you get to point a to b really fast but for weapons you ONLY have mk1 oppressor machine guns and you can have flairs as a counter against rockets
The MK3 could be a super fast motorcycle but be completely defensive and have a new feature like built in flairs for homing missiles
A deluxo mkII would be rly sick and not to far fetched

I think the only reason why it's the oppressor mk ii is to follow the naming scheme of the upgraded weapons since the oppressor was pretty much a weapon
a helicopter-style mk2 without any weapons but has high speeds used as a getaway vehicle design: That helicopter circle spinny thingy in the back with the mk2 boost and a helicopter appearance. With controls works the same way as the MK2 Price: 7,650,000 on warstock. Max speed: 200 MPH Max engine upgrade and turbo: 360 MPH Can grief with? Kinda you can ram into a weak vehicle and it might explode but it will make you explode

From my sub, I use the sparrow then go to a road and spawn my mk2
Yeah I use it to protect younger players (lvl) from griefers while doing their missions. And I use it for utility so when I’m flying across the map I get persecuted by sparrows and akulas alike
Like the mk1 is 99% used for fun, not greifing
It really do be like that, the MK2 has sadly become so associated with griefing that it’s not uncommon to be attacked simply for flying around the map on one.
Oppressor vintage, an old style bike that has fold out wings and only has mini gun and boost that recharges when on the ground
Mk3 will be "technically" a bike because you gotta be able to summon it with the MC menu. It'll be a full-cockpit vehicle with bulletproof windows, it'll be able to hover, fly, and go undersea. It will be armed with a turreted dual explosive MG that's got the fire rate of the Hydra. It'll have stealth mode, countermeasures, infinite boost, an energy shield that can tank an orbital cannon strike, and the ability to teleport in any direction a few meters. It'll also have autolock mode, where your MG will automatically track any enemy players, on foot or in vehicles. In the case of multiple targets it'll prioritize cargo or setup equipment.
The vehicle will be available for purchase as soon as you own a Flying Saucer, which will have a special Tech Bay that allows you to customize the Mk3. The Saucer needs to be housed in the newest facility, the Space Station, which can be purchased for a clean $20 million, but comes free (with no upgrades of course) with any purchase of a Megalodon shark card.
While using the Mk3 you're immune to wanted levels, having muggers/Merryweather called on you, and enemy players in a 1km radius of the Mk3 are unable to use passive mode, even being kicked out of passive mode when you come nearby.

The advantage of the mk2 over jets and other things is it’s small hit box and high mobility along with the good tracking

Ok so no lock on but it Gains transformation. It can go from bike to jet to boat to sub with free fire missiles and maybe forward mounted machine gun.

Your oppressor Mk3 could control just like the one you were driving towards the end of the video but it instead of homing missiles it could just have not homing missiles and machine guns yeah it would still be pretty overpowered but at least they can't lock on to you
I feel like if rockstar put some type of punishment for griefers they would stop completely if everytime they killed multiple people in a certain amount of time money will begin to be deducted from the griefers account and deposited into the victims account and if they kept doing it larger sums of money will be deducted until they are broke and if that isn't enough then your vehicle can be impounded and the victim plays a part in how much you will have to pay to get your vehicle (example: Oppressor MK2) out or a temporary usage ban could be issued.. also to prevent abuse of this system the victims will receive a on screen prompt asking if they are being griefed or if they are freely engaging with the attacker for a 1v1 hence preventing accidental friendly 1v1s from being recognized as an attack so you'd be prompted with a message to either accept a 1v1 or knock it off or else your pockets will begin to drain to the victims account This basically gives both players a chance to 1. Keep fighting each other if they feel like it or 2. You're being attacked and you have no desire to engage with that player. This is just an idea. We regular players would love this idea but griefers would hate it.
If they do add an oppressor mark 3 all they could do Is let it go underwater or make it rocket proof

It also flies at speeds of 210 MPH making it faster than most jets and doesn’t appear on the radar like the akula.
maybe the Oppressor MK3 can have a gernade launcher so you don't get blown up instantly and then it can have limited rage so you cant be so high up
Rail gun would be the anti oppressor gun if they were to add it to online, although yes it would be overpowered but with some tweaks it could be cool to see.

@Gice Rum they didnt announce or release anything related to GTA6 like files etc. but I'm pretty sure there will be GTA6 some day. Most likely when GTA5 "dies". When GTA5 release was announced, there were so many people ready to buy the game. Imagine how many players would want to buy and play GTA6. Especially on the new Consoles and so on. (I don't think there will be GTA6 in the next, atleast 5-7 years)

Had a 26 year old griefer kill everyone in my lobby, he even killed me when I was doing a sell mission. So I would do what any other rational person would do and made his life living hell.

Mk 3: can drop 10 bombs with a cooldown of 2 second and can launch missels but it will have a cannon like hydra and the boost can be reactivated only if you fly at a very small altitude and have defensive missels these missels can destroy homing missels and have a coldown of 20 secons and also mk 3 will have 2 seats
They could use that vehicle that you had that was modded make it go tad bit faster than it? Two and add like the oppressor mark to explosive MG‘s and then just normal MG and make it so it either has no boost or like you said one boost, but you have to go onto the ground to recharge it.
