- Today on the RUclips channel we have a workaholic 21 L5P that back in May got our D2 HP Package! Months after completion it’s finally back for a routine boot check up but !! While we have it we want to compare it to our other D2 Build L5Ps! Today the air is just right ( Intake air Temps 57 degrees ) so strapped to Mustang Dyno we go after the HIGHEST L5P HP DYNO PULL with a Stock Turbo we have ever Built !

We have a local tuner that only holds dyno days during fall/winter. At least ur honest about it.
We wanna see you guys try out the new lineup of turbos from RUNVSE! Personal experience with their new FTR turbo is pretty wicked.
Awesome sir ! We’ve never looked into their line up ! If we can go S400 we try to lean that way but have ran many of the Calibrated Chargers and having great feedback from our Ford and Dodge guys !
@@POINTBLANKPERFORMANCE I appreciate the channel, information and content for sure. It’s worth just giving Tom a call and saying I sent you his way. Super nice guy. Their turbo lineup is impressive that just launched and has a lot of data behind it. Their FTR is in the same 61.3MM housing as the oem with their changes to it (they’d explain better) but it’d Definitely think you’d see those mid 6’s to the floor even during warmer weather on 35’s from what i have seen on their FTR alone.

Hi Tyson, this is your carhartt. So I've been thinking of switching to a 33 wheel on a 22 rim with a street tire. Is this what I should expect?
My man 💪 Yes you will pick up power !! How much honestly I don’t know , it’s been super cold and we wanted to see just what this truck would do on the dyno ! Realistically this truck should be in the 580 to 590 range when it’s hot outside !
on cold days where air density can be taken advantage of like in the video I would imagine yes.
Thanks for letting us know these trucks can handle 600+ to the wheels on stock trans. The Ford and Fiat guys talking about these trans being bad has me laughing. If these trucks can hold 600+ then I think ANY MFG is doing good.
A few pulls on the dyno hardly proves the trans can handle 600+hp
@@jellybeansupra I also would agree sir. This build has many months on it . I think the same way wow it made 2 pulls big deal. But in 100% honesty since May this truck only knows hell. I do respect your comment
Tune the Trans and see even more improvements
So this tune realistically is a 580whp tune. Would this be a good towing tune. So I would need a cracked ecm to load your tunes? Mines a 22 dually and only 10k miles I would like to keep original turbo and ecm for warranty purposes
You definitely can tow with it but you will have to be responsible with the skinny peddle and watch EGTs.
Does anyone offer a compound twin turbo kit for 2020+ L5P?
