Hi Hendri love your videos. I'm looking for that exact cruiser you driving. What do they go for in good condition. Must be auto diesel.
Regards Lester
Awesome video! Ek sien uit na die ander!
Hendri daai Cruiser 80 is n monster awesome voertuig
Henry ek wil graag kontak maak met jou - sopas n plaas gekoop en in een stoor staan n identiese cruiser soos joune!
Where can I get that dash cover?
Very Nice Hendri. Haven't ever done Klein Tafelberg. What happened to Roland and the Donkey? He was there at the beginning and then disappeared?
We had quite a big group which was split into two parts. Dieter and I hung at the back to get the rad footage you saw 😉
Nice one guys Hendri whats your diesel consumption on your standard cruiser
It's about 6.5-7.5kml with the 33s and roofrack. Not as efficient as it could be, but still a ton better than the V8's I've owned.
I did this last year with my 2005 Defender 90 TD5, it was such a jol!
Such a rad trail and camp! Must have been a walk in the park for the lightweight 90
Give uwey
Hey buddy, lanklaas n video gepost. Weer n goeie een soos altyd.
Thanks Renaldo👊🏻
Yes please!!!
Those Cruiser (and Patrol) bodystyles are the best!
Great video Hendri! I love trip videos but enjoy both!
Thanks Tim, appreciate the feedback👊🏻
Not as soft, when was this?
Few months ago. Been there is super hot and dry conditions before, not much fun with the dust and heat
Lekker video Hendri. 🤙
Awesome video as always. I am planning on doing the 4x4 trail in march, what gear were you in when you went up heart break hill...I don't want to let Rafiki down. She has HD-FT, manual with Front and Rear lockers.
That's a killer combo, you'll be fine. Just take note to deflate tyres properly and by that I mean readjust pressures as you continue the trail. Enjoy!
More trip videos!
Love the sound of that old 6. Tractor life. Great vid. Keep em coming
Such a lekker vehicle, thanks👊🏻
Looks like a great trail. Definitely on the bucket list.
Definitely, one of my top 5 camp & trails in the Western Cape
You sir. Are the perfect example of it not just being the tool that matters, it's also about the person using it! And you understand your tools! Contrary to the dude redlining that other rig for no reason xD
Mechanical sympathy goes a long way, especially if you have to fix and pay for your own mistakes 👊🏻😉
@@HendriMouton Amen!
1HDT or FTE? I've got a 76 series with the 1HDT and it sounds identical to that rig! Love it
This one is a 1HD-FT 24 valve, but I love them so much that I got another 80 project with the 1HD-T💪🏻
@@HendriMouton sick, sounds like you've got an addiction there haha.
Have you done the trail from Kagga Kama down to Die Mond? We should organise it soon, and has 1 wild camp night half way along the trail in stunning location
@@NilsFjastad That's what she said (literally) lol.
I have not, but I'm defintely keen for that trip! Drop me a dm for more details please
@@HendriMouton I cant figure out how to DM on YoutTube lol, but Im keen to organise a group in the next 2/3 weeks to hit that trail - nice to hit the pool at Die Bos after that trail & wild camp for 1 night in desolation.
Awesome trail, definitely adding it to the list.
Nice line-up of old school straight 6 diesels.
Hendri it was nice meeting you at the Terrain tamer meet and greet.
Garage and trip videos sounds good to me.
What light was that that you have inside on the roof?
Looks like a nice navigation/ map light. 😉🔎
Howzit Brenden, was great finally meeting up👊🏻
Thank you!
@@HendriMouton Same to you, was nice to see the 80 in person and chat with you.
Will definitely go again in the future.
It's actually Bradley, but a lot of people have called me Brendan before, including a few teachers. 🤔 But no worries. 😂
@@madcat4563 Flip sorry, I have a mate called Brended as well, as you can see I'm horrible with names 🙈
