Thanks for reviewing the Qantas Lounge and BA Arrivals Lounge in addition to your flight in Club World. I felt very disappointed for you both in receiving such a poor experience on the HKK to LHR flight. I`m particularly astonished at the refusal of a request for water - in any cabin. Crew really can make or break a flight, and in this case it sadly was the latter. I`ve not had worse than an ordinary flight with BA on all the occasions I `ve flown with them, and mostly I have found the crew to be very good. I look forward to getting your take on the trans-Atlantic flight with Iberia.
Thanks Pierre. We’ve generally had great experiences with BA, we hope they can alter our perceptions next time. It’s really important that the service is up to standard, particularly when passengers pay extra to upgrade. This attendant made a minuscule request feel like an ambitious mountain hike which does reflect badly on BA, particularly when their attitude matches, as the attendant clearly didn’t want to be there. @@njtravel9915 I was going to use them as I'd seen a decent price to fly to Cebu. If you pay a decent amount of money, you want the best. I've been impressed with oman business class over the years their prices have steadily increased over the years, overall excellent experience, try them out

Hi ya I am proud of being British but I never fly BA for the reasons you have outlined. There are budget airlines that provide a better service. As for the cabin crew who was so rude I would have reported the incident. I hope BA listen to these reports. Kind regards DS
If only we reported the incident at the time... I guess we should’ve so they had a chance to resolve it or respond to the matter. Although we did raise an issue with them before but never heard back.

BA have a Cub Kitchen where you can get your own drinks and snack, normally near the galley. Self service

May I ask why you didn’t use the Cathay lounge at Hong Kong? The Pier and Wing are miles ahead of the Qantas lounge. Great video either way!

This is why I never fly BA as last time I felt like the crew thought they were doing me a favour. Middle Eastern and Asian airlines are far superior.
