Hi ya I am proud of being British but I never fly BA for the reasons you have outlined. There are budget airlines that provide a better service. As for the cabin crew who was so rude I would have reported the incident. I hope BA listen to these reports. Kind regards DS

Buddy dining is only on the 777/747 for example; the 787 was never designed to be buddy dining and isn’t trained to crew to set up buddy dining on this a/c. Glad you managed to squeeze in and enjoy it though.

This is the first review of AA PE that I`ve seen, so was interested to see how it compares to other carriers. I`ve yet to have a good experience with AA, but for the most part this seemed a decent enough standard, and certainly a step up from economy. Pity that the cabin crew often let AA down. Thanks for posting guys!

May I ask why you didn’t use the Cathay lounge at Hong Kong? The Pier and Wing are miles ahead of the Qantas lounge. Great video either way!

Thanks for sharing your adventures in Shanghai, it looks like an awesome place to visit. I`m glad you were able to make this journey prior to the coronavirus becoming an issue. It seems incongruous to me to find a Disney theme park in Shanghai - such an American concept to be embraced by the Chinese! Looking forward to the upcoming trip to New Orleans.

BA have a Cub Kitchen where you can get your own drinks and snack, normally near the galley. Self service

Thanks for reviewing the Qantas Lounge and BA Arrivals Lounge in addition to your flight in Club World. I felt very disappointed for you both in receiving such a poor experience on the HKK to LHR flight. I`m particularly astonished at the refusal of a request for water - in any cabin. Crew really can make or break a flight, and in this case it sadly was the latter. I`ve not had worse than an ordinary flight with BA on all the occasions I `ve flown with them, and mostly I have found the crew to be very good. I look forward to getting your take on the trans-Atlantic flight with Iberia.
