@@gunart Thank you. Yes a match hammer would go in and be an upgrade, if you wanted. But "match" is not what I am going for. I want (for now) to keep these pistols at a mil spec standard for duty / service. Thank you for watching and commenting.
beretta has issues to I had a 92X compact that had burrs on the hammer but why not since you are doing it put in skeleton hammers come on lets go tacty cool
@@bernardconeghen Na not on these, I may build another like that in the near future.. I want these to be up to mil spec. Once you start playing with light hammers, springs ect you have to tune other things around it if not you risk light primer strikes. It's a delicate balance. A wise man when said to me stock is beautiful.
@@Rob_3054life Good question and the answer in a nutshell is no. I've Only put about $80 into each pistol. And as i've stated , it was completely elective , it was just my preference. Now to get a Beretta 92 FS or M9 I would have spent at a minimum $6-700.00 and for that price, they don't even come with a metal guide rod, metal trigger and metal safety, And that's before tax and transfer. The Melik comes equipped with them at the meager price of about $300.00. So add another $80.00. (if you want) Your at $380.00 Your way ahead of the game. You put these pistols side by side have someone shoot them, You wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Accept for the roll marks.
It looks like u toob deleted my comment simply because I mentioned another platform you might be interested in using. It happens often. Thankfully I learned how to assemble a few blasters before the rules changed. There are still many others I'd like to learn.
@@williamleiby3150 yea that happens unfortunately. That's why I can't actually show the process, but I can explain it. Keep tinkering and thanks for watching and commenting.
Good study. Could it better Match hammer?

Do you regret buying them now that you’ve had to replace parts and try to get it to beretta specs ?

@@Sandhill1988 I ask because I’m torn between buying a Melik or a used 92 from a shop in Ga that goes for $399.
