Could you imagine, how easier it is to drive on the high way, especially with your golden tips on how to squash the fear and anxiety of driving on the high way on new drivers, and the building up the high way driving skills starting with one exit at a time, it is super fantastic... keep up your good work...,
I hate driving on the side of big trucks ... and I also thought you suppose to stop when merging the highway if a lot of cars are coming. I'm a nervous driver
Thank you mike. I just started teaching myself. Its been two weeks driving in the streets. My next goal is the freeway your videos have been so helpful. Keep it up.
I've had a little practice, but never anything consistent. Just got my own car today, so I'll be having my friend work with me a little and me teaching myself mostly too. I wish you the very best of luck. Stay safe.
@@javen2125 Yeah been driving ever since. Lol. Easy as pie, first time scared but just use common sense and always look carefully on the road no distractions
Thank you for the information, I have to admit that I used to change double lanes at once with the same indicator, now I see why its not a good thing to do. Its always tempting to pass other cars or to maintain their speed when following each other, which is not a good thing to do unless you have to or you are rushing somewhere. Thank you once again.

Had a hard life at a young age but no ones got time for a sob sorry time to boss up and man up and get over this hump in my journey on this earth!
I am an experienced driver, but one who has successfully avoided the highway - until now. Yes, I agree. I find my speed fluctuates too much. Not safe. Working on that, though, because I'm taking "nervous highway driver" lessons. lol Good luck to you, too.
I've driven on the highway a couple of times, and I was worried about that as well, what I've found is that pretty much, once you get up to the speed you want try to keep that foot in pretty much the same position, giving light pumps to kind of balance the arrow on that speed line that you want. At least that's how I do it.
Thank you soo much man your advise has really helped me. Please keep doing what your doing for all those who want to learn to drive but have nobody to help them.

You are amazing. My driving got better with yours videos. For real! Simple clear instructions. Like how you motivate. Feel better and less anxious. Better if could see the road
How are you doing today I love the way you explain how you master the way you drive because I think you put people at ease and I think that especially for me when someone’s learning anything from another especially if they do know you first they have to trust that you know what your talking about. Second they have to be comfortable with hearing what it is your saying. Last the more a person likes how a person is trying to show them something the more easier it’s going to be wanting to know more. So I just want you to know your a great person to be a driving teacher and I would most definitely spend my money getting lessons from you God bless!!! ✊🏿
I love this video I’ve been watching your videos ever since my beginning journey on learning how to drive it’s was a struggle in the beginning but I kept at it and watching you videos and practicing I failed my first road test then passed my 2nd and that was a couple of months ago now I’m in tractor trailer trucking school I got a class A permit and every now and then I still feel a little bit nervous about the highway so I have to revisit your videos despite my excessive lessons and trainings and experiences I’ve encountered for the last year and a half I’ve only been driving for that amount of time I still revisit your videos and it still helps I appreciate you man thanks for everything
This is not the first video of this kind talking about checking the blind spot before switching lanes, but nobody has had a concave rearview mirror attached to the stock one, it realy helps for keeping track of unwanted company on adjacent lanes any longer than necessary.
Could you please do a video about the curves on the Highway. I feel I’m a good driver in every other respect but can’t seem to conquer the curves…a little anxiety and not sure when I should accelerate and brake.. could u show for a pedal perspective? Ps I’ve learned so much from your videos. Thank you.
I remember the first times I went to the highway. In my area, I have only city limits of 50 km/h or highway speeds of 120 km/h,roads with limits between that is very rare. So jumping from a 30km/h up to 120 km/h was quite scary. Also the fact that one more degree on the steering wheel in a short amount of time might result in death.
@@hmuphilly9129 like in city I can turn the wheel 45º to each direction in a short time without a disgrace happening. At high speed I would probably do 5 degrees in the same time or I could loose control. Maybe the numbers are a bit off but one can get the idea
Also it is good to have your mirrors adjusted just right prior to getting on the highway. I adjust mine, both left and right so that I can barely see the sides of the car so you can see as much of the blind spot as you can and where I can see at least a couple hundred feet down the road. And I still try to look with my eyes as an added safety check.
How do you know what the speed limit is on the highway, to know that's the speed you should pick up to? And what do you do if you can't merge on when you get to that point? Do you just stop and wait ?
Thank you for the videos, very helpful. unrelated. finally figured out who you sound like, Charlie day. never taught i will learn anything positive in that voice
To all my Ontario drivers, please do NOT cruise in “lane 3”… that is too a *passing* lane, as is “lane 4”. Stay out of “lane 1” (unless decelerating in preparation for the oncoming (next) exit, so you don’t disrupt the main flow on traffic)), cruise in “lane 2”.. use lanes “3-4” for passing and *strictly* PASSING. On a 4-or-more lane roadway. Now if we are on a three-lane roadway.. “lane 1” is now the *cruising* lane and lanes 2&3 are STRICTLY for passing. The driver in the *acceleration lane* (lane M in the video) if you’re unable to SAFELY switch to, Lane 2, to make way for the oncoming driver, remember - they YEILD TO YOU meaning; just simply maintain a consistent speed and allow the driver merging to decide whether it’s best to accelerate into the flow of traffic, or decelerate (entering behind you) into the flow of traffic. DONT NOT CRUISE IN LANES 2-3 AND FOR THE LOVE OF THE LORD, LANE 4! This unknowing is what makes the roads unsafe, and inefficient. Even the man making this video (although knows more than most drivers sadly) is incorrect. Please drive safely. Thank you for attending my TedTalk. Good day.

Do a video on how to maintain speed on a highway for new drivers
Do a video on how to maintain speed in general. It feels like your pretty much touching nothing while having your foot lightly on the pedals.
