One arm barbell row is super hard for me to get it right. It feels like since I'm taller I'm having a way harder time finding the correct posture and feel of it.

are their alternative exercises to do in place of Meadows Rows and Single Arm Barbell Rows? Theres no barbell setup attachment at any of the racks at the gym I go to(all Smith Machines) Thanks

When i do the rear delt fly I use a hook grip. For some reason I get a better mind muscle connection.

why only one exercise for biceps ?
Are band assisted pull ups really worth it if you can already do quite a few pull ups (or even weighted pull ups)? Seems like a bit of a regression. Not a dig at John, just saying assisted pull ups seem like they might be step back for some people
Owen Opi I can do maybe 12 strict pull-ups for 3 sets. I’ll still do these with bands just to grease the groove, deload and to get more blood flow
Depends on the context. Could be an excellent deload or primer if you're struggling with joint pain or simply want to activate the muscle. It could also be a potential regression if you're already proficient.

I used to do my hammer curls standing, but john said do them standing. I've since lost 4 pounds of muscle, but that's ok because john told me to do it that way
peter randall i doubt you can accurately calculate that you’ve lost 4 lbs of muscle from ONLY doing standing hammer curls.
