my bunny literally plays with me, as she is a single bunny for the moment. We just recently moved to an upstairs downstairs house and she was supper scared of the stairs. I helped her get over her fear and now she runs up and down the stairs like a champ.
My bunny was rescued from a fur farm, her name is Precious she is five and she free roms but with the life she had before I'm scared of her passing, evry night I tell her "I am so grateful and lucky to have this day with you".
Rescued rabbits are always grateful of what you give to them, even if something happens because of her previous mistreatment she’ll always be grateful of your love and her second chance at life
I remember going to a cat cafe and the cats just went ballistic and started climbing all over me. When I got back home, my bunny perked up and began sniffing me all over. He then proceeded to rub his chin and licked wherever, occasionally nipping at me as if he was scolding me 😭 I said sorry after that and gave him plenty of attention. He can be such a jealous little bean but I love him so much 🥺

i do that to all animals 😂 we also have two parrots and i just end up sitting there going PEEKO YOU ARE SO GOREGOUS LOOK AT YOU HANDSOME BOY AND THOSE ADORABLE YELLOW CHEEKS. i also have songs i sing to my cats using their name.. for example i use the jiggly puff song for the youngest cat who is names Zsa zsa.. and we recently got two bunnies (one is mine and the other is my brothers.. though we can't couple them yet because mine is a bit younger and his actually turned out to be pregnant as the place we got her accidentally housed her with a boy so we decided to wait a little bit) i called mine Poppy and she's the sweetest little thing ever.. she loves just lying on your lap and often climbs up to lick your face she also often chatters her teeth.. now we also have rats so i heard her do that the first day we got her and i was like: hmm i wonder if it's an affection thing and i looked it up and yep.. turns out she is the biggest cuddle monster ever and i love it)

She likes it and actually comes to it now. She use to let me pick her up and she would snuggle with me all the time, once I got her spayed she doesn’t want to me too though. I won’t push it but I miss it haha.
@@kelpjelli ah yeah then that might hurt a little it makes sense it might go back though as it's probably still healing. for me it's not all animals though.. for example i have a harder time with for example horses.. as i find them a bit harder to read oddly enough so because of that i am often intimidated.. last year i did do some work with two horses there.. one was fine but the other was a bit harder.. she was a pretty big girl and quite skittish around people.. apparently i was kinda intimidating for her as she didn't like to be handled by me... the other horse she was with though was an easygoing older horse who didn't really care as long as he got his food on time 😂 though it's peculiar because i can read cows just fine so it's not the size of the animal that mucks me up

Earlier today I was sharing a piece of my apple with my rabbit and she just straight up neglected it and immediately started chewing on my sketchbook. She has very odd preferences. Needless to say she was definitely being herself in that moment.
I’m usually talking to them saying how cute they are. I also remind my boy that he’s a fat, chonky boy, but I say it very sweetly. The two of them tend to lay next to each other, but not always nose to nose. It’s more amusing watching them violate each other’s personal space and then be all lovey dovey after. They’re both fixed, but Lulu being the lothario lagomorph that he is pushes Sophie’s patience. She got him back the other night, though. Lulu lowered his head for Sophie to groom him and instead she laid down over his nose. She is alpha, he is beta, and I’m along for the ride, the head rubs, the toys, and of course, the treats. 😊

I’m so lucky to have found Ziggy, my American Chinchilla rabbit. I got him when he was only eight weeks old, and he bonded to me instantly. He sleeps next to me sometimes, licks me, rubs his nose against mine, is always purring, does Binky‘s all day long, and even falls asleep near me. He follows me around too. And he’s not afraid of my cat. I really lucked out with this one

I get on the floor a lot and pet Snoopy and when I stop he "pets" me back. I wasn't aware it was called grooming and it is so cool to know it has a name. I also do the apologizing thing a lot. I didn't know it was for apologizing but we tap heads and sleep a bit or at least Snoopy does. Your channel has helped me a lot in bonding with Snoopy and in giving him the best care he can get.
Its been 5 years since my bunny love of my life died, i still tear up watching these videos but at the same time warms my heart, they are soooo misunderstood and are not valued by many as the incredible they are, and when mine died i mourned, is till do, like a person, he was my baby and i miss him so much, i have other pets, i even had another bunny, but nothing like the relationship i had with my dear Momo, no one will ever be like him, sorry for oversharing
I just got two little girl rabbits. The person who was selling them stated that they would be sold for... Well I'd rather not talk about it but you can fill-in the blanks. They are the sweetest little sisters and I love them dearly. Surprising my old rex likes them- I wasn't expecting that because she doesn't like much other than her greens. I'm glad it worked out and that I was able to rescue them. And this channel was the inspiration for that. Dove and Caterpillar thank you, and so does Domino, because her life is better now that I'm educated!
One of my favorite things to do with my rabbit is put a little piece of banana into a crumpled paper towel roll and watch her try to open the capsule to get the treat. She chews, scratches, tosses, etc, and is always so entertained by it!
I love watching these videos since I remember the years that I had my bunny with me. It makes me sad that he's not anymore in this world, but I enjoy watching caring people with bunnies, who are such underrated animals with so much love to give... But they do definitely hold grudges, hahaha! Every time I went on some little trip and left him with my grandma taking care of him, he always gave me his back and hid from me when I came home to pet him and give him love. In a normal day, he would always come to me as soon as he heard the door and start jumping and licking and running around from happiness, but after a little trip he always did the opposite, so you could clearly see he was mad hahaha!
I went to bow my head to my rabbit, and she just licked me... and licked and licked- she's a snuggle bun, so she just wants to love and get loved. she wants to share everything, and she flops on the bed with me to sleep, then waits for me to wake up. she's so lovely.

Funny story when I first got my bunny he had never seen or been with people other than nail trimming and feeding. So he was not used to people. So it was really hard to bond with him and I had seen the newer Peter rabbit and wondered if putting heads together was the actual way of apologizing so anytime I spooked him or just any time in general I did it and it actually worked. Ha ha Ha😂😂
You’re my favourite RUclipsr, like, ever. I’ve been doing so much research on bunnies since I started watching your channel and I really want to get one. I even bought a book on them. The problem is, my parents say that I already have too many pets, which is frustrating, but, understandable from their point of view. I just *desperately want one.* You know that feeling? I’m not really sure what to do to convince them that I can take care of a bunny as well as my current pets. (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, 2 brown gerbils, a canary and 2 fish that live in a pond.) I do consider myself very lucky to have these pets and I’m very grateful but I don’t like it when people tell me over and over again about how lucky I am to have them. Like, I know, and I’m grateful, you don’t need to act like I’m spoiled. Oh god, that sounded bratty! Sorry! But let me get to the point. I simply cannot convince my parents to get one. i do that to all animals 😂 we also have two parrots and i just end up sitting there going PEEKO YOU ARE SO GOREGOUS LOOK AT YOU HANDSOME BOY AND THOSE ADORABLE YELLOW CHEEKS. i also have songs i sing to my cats using their name.. for example i use the jiggly puff song for the youngest cat who is names Zsa zsa.. and we recently got two bunnies (one is mine and the other is my brothers.. though we can't couple them yet because mine is a bit younger and his actually turned out to be pregnant as the place we got her accidentally housed her with a boy so we decided to wait a little bit) i called mine Poppy and she's the sweetest little thing ever.. she loves just lying on your lap and often climbs up to lick your face she also often chatters her teeth.. now we also have rats so i heard her do that the first day we got her and i was like: hmm i wonder if it's an affection thing and i looked it up and yep.. turns out she is the biggest cuddle monster ever and i love it)
@@litchtheshinigami8936 I tend to do that with all animals haha, she is just my first pet, and only pet in the house. I tend to sing her name and whistle to her. She likes it and actually comes to it now. She use to let me pick her up and she would snuggle with me all the time, once I got her spayed she doesn’t want to me too though. I won’t push it but I miss it haha.
@@kelpjelli ah yeah then that might hurt a little it makes sense it might go back though as it's probably still healing. for me it's not all animals though.. for example i have a harder time with for example horses.. as i find them a bit harder to read oddly enough so because of that i am often intimidated.. last year i did do some work with two horses there.. one was fine but the other was a bit harder.. she was a pretty big girl and quite skittish around people.. apparently i was kinda intimidating for her as she didn't like to be handled by me... the other horse she was with though was an easygoing older horse who didn't really care as long as he got his food on time 😂 though it's peculiar because i can read cows just fine so it's not the size of the animal that mucks me up

Earlier today I was sharing a piece of my apple with my rabbit and she just straight up neglected it and immediately started chewing on my sketchbook. She has very odd preferences. Needless to say she was definitely being herself in that moment.

I’m usually talking to them saying how cute they are. I also remind my boy that he’s a fat, chonky boy, but I say it very sweetly. The two of them tend to lay next to each other, but not always nose to nose. It’s more amusing watching them violate each other’s personal space and then be all lovey dovey after. They’re both fixed, but Lulu being the lothario lagomorph that he is pushes Sophie’s patience. She got him back the other night, though. Lulu lowered his head for Sophie to groom him and instead she laid down over his nose. She is alpha, he is beta, and I’m along for the ride, the head rubs, the toys, and of course, the treats. 😊

my rabbit died a year ago after chewing a cord and we dident know how to take care of a rabbit so it had ansiety but now we have another rabbit that we actually no how to take care of one RIP floppsy

Mine died a few days ago 😞 after neutering surgery she was only 7months old 😢! Didn’t realise getting them neutered would have a tragic cost! Anyone have any advice on this? We have another bunny who’s now alone but we are too afraid to neuter her now ☹️

I’m so lucky to have found Ziggy, my American Chinchilla rabbit. I got him when he was only eight weeks old, and he bonded to me instantly. He sleeps next to me sometimes, licks me, rubs his nose against mine, is always purring, does Binky‘s all day long, and even falls asleep near me. He follows me around too. And he’s not afraid of my cat. I really lucked out with this one

I just want to just say you have been a huge help with my bun. He went from living in a drain pipe behind a wearhouse ( when we found him OUTSIDE) TO A 4 BY 2 foot cage to a whole bedrooom to him self. Thank you for what you do keep it up !!!!!!!!

I get on the floor a lot and pet Snoopy and when I stop he "pets" me back. I wasn't aware it was called grooming and it is so cool to know it has a name. I also do the apologizing thing a lot. I didn't know it was for apologizing but we tap heads and sleep a bit or at least Snoopy does. Your channel has helped me a lot in bonding with Snoopy and in giving him the best care he can get.

Its been 5 years since my bunny love of my life died, i still tear up watching these videos but at the same time warms my heart, they are soooo misunderstood and are not valued by many as the incredible they are, and when mine died i mourned, is till do, like a person, he was my baby and i miss him so much, i have other pets, i even had another bunny, but nothing like the relationship i had with my dear Momo, no one will ever be like him, sorry for oversharing

I just got two little girl rabbits. The person who was selling them stated that they would be sold for... Well I'd rather not talk about it but you can fill-in the blanks. They are the sweetest little sisters and I love them dearly. Surprising my old rex likes them- I wasn't expecting that because she doesn't like much other than her greens. I'm glad it worked out and that I was able to rescue them. And this channel was the inspiration for that. Dove and Caterpillar thank you, and so does Domino, because her life is better now that I'm educated!

One of my favorite things to do with my rabbit is put a little piece of banana into a crumpled paper towel roll and watch her try to open the capsule to get the treat. She chews, scratches, tosses, etc, and is always so entertained by it!

I love watching these videos since I remember the years that I had my bunny with me. It makes me sad that he's not anymore in this world, but I enjoy watching caring people with bunnies, who are such underrated animals with so much love to give... But they do definitely hold grudges, hahaha! Every time I went on some little trip and left him with my grandma taking care of him, he always gave me his back and hid from me when I came home to pet him and give him love. In a normal day, he would always come to me as soon as he heard the door and start jumping and licking and running around from happiness, but after a little trip he always did the opposite, so you could clearly see he was mad hahaha!

I went to bow my head to my rabbit, and she just licked me... and licked and licked- she's a snuggle bun, so she just wants to love and get loved. she wants to share everything, and she flops on the bed with me to sleep, then waits for me to wake up. she's so lovely.

Funny story when I first got my bunny he had never seen or been with people other than nail trimming and feeding. So he was not used to people. So it was really hard to bond with him and I had seen the newer Peter rabbit and wondered if putting heads together was the actual way of apologizing so anytime I spooked him or just any time in general I did it and it actually worked. Ha ha Ha😂😂
I noticed that horses do that, and since horses are closely related to rabbits, I tried it. It does work!

You’re my favourite RUclipsr, like, ever. I’ve been doing so much research on bunnies since I started watching your channel and I really want to get one. I even bought a book on them. The problem is, my parents say that I already have too many pets, which is frustrating, but, understandable from their point of view. I just *desperately want one.* You know that feeling? I’m not really sure what to do to convince them that I can take care of a bunny as well as my current pets. (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, 2 brown gerbils, a canary and 2 fish that live in a pond.) I do consider myself very lucky to have these pets and I’m very grateful but I don’t like it when people tell me over and over again about how lucky I am to have them. Like, I know, and I’m grateful, you don’t need to act like I’m spoiled. Oh god, that sounded bratty! Sorry! But let me get to the point. I simply cannot convince my parents to get one. I just needed to let it out somewhere. Anyways, I’ve even watching your videos since 2019 and I would be SO happy if you could heart my comment!
