Great information, i just recently upgraded one of these with a i7-4970k, 32gb ram, 256g ssd m2 w/ adapter, and a 2tb hdd 7200rpm. Modular power supply with 14pin adapter, paired with a 1070ti, 120fps on everything ive thrown at it

    4570s doesn’t support hyperthreading. It’s just a quad core.

I have one upgraded with xeon 1270 v3, 32gb ram, 512gb nvme ssd on pcie slot (faster than sata 3) and gtx 1650 4gb gddr6, plus a wifi adapter. Its quite good to run every 1080 games.

The highest gpu that will run without bottlenecking is a 1070ti, and a i7 4970k is the best combo for this board

Yes, it will. Intel Core i7-4770 is a Haswell CPU. It is listed at official Lenovo documentation too.
      Here a pdf: psref.lenovo.com/syspool/Sys/PDF/ThinkCentre/ThinkCentre_M83_Tower/ThinkCentre_M83_Tower_Spec.PDF
