I have made this recipe last year for Thanksgiving in Ireland for Americans. It is an amazing recipe and it is worth eating your Halloween jack-o’-lantern. Yum Chef! Great recipe for Christmas or New Year’s Eve or Day. Exactly this recipe will replace pie during the holidays!
This looks great. I make cheesecakes with graham cracker crust and the method I use is very similar to your ginger snap crust. The only thing I do different is I put it in the freezer while I mix up the filling. I think I will try your method of baking it for a few minutes instead of firming it up in the freezer before adding the filling. Thanks for another good one.
