Seen on HD DVD and Blu-ray releases (until 2019) from Paramount. This logo remained in use for quite some time after the 2011 Paramount logo was introduced.
This is not High Definition, this is High Dynamic Range. Before the "HD" text appeared, the Paramount logo was in SDR, then was upscaled to HDR after the "HD" text appeared. They should have called the logo "Paramount High Dynamic Range" and called it a day, right? Just saying.
Taken from HD-DVD and Blu-ray releases from 2006-2019. The 2003 Paramount DVD logo also ended in 2019.
