@@GettingBentWithBo Yea Jesse keeps that boat tied up in Redondo. I would probably launch from Cabrillo though if I went. I think that's a shorter trek up than going south from Redondo.
Haha I know dude! Probably not the last time I will do that if I’m being honest with myself 😂. Yea I wipe it down with a damp cloth and get into the cracks with a toothpick to get the salt out.
Dudefishh TV yeah--and I experienced several of those days back in the 80s in King Harbor. The bonito used to swarm, boil, chase bait all around the outer harbor. Can you image getting a nice bony nearly every cast on top water lures? I wished I’d taken my dads old super 8 camera with me. I’d have video proof...
Duuuuude, sick. Do you know any good guides for this sort thing? My little bro just moved out here from New York, want to show him a good time on the water
@@DudefishhTV I would have loved to have a day like that. I still have yet to catch my first bonito and you guys slayed them. When you caught that WSB the reaction was priceless and it was a great way to end the day.
hello - great video! I really enjoyed watching it - curious how large was that skiff that you were on and where did you launch out of to get to the PV Kelp? And how long it took?
@@DudefishhTV is the ride pretty rough out there? I have a 11' inflatable boat that I mainly use to fish and cruise inside the harbors - wondering if it's too dangerous to make that run from Redondo to PV. Also - are you using the boat hoist out of Redondo?
Yo, next time that happens, cut out the knot and reconnect the ends with a simple uni-to-uni or whatever your preferred leader knot is. You'll save a bunch of that expensive Spectra Braid, and you could have caught that calico on the rod and reel that way too ;) Keep up the great work.
This has to be one of the greatest inshore video from SoCal period!!!
Haha amazing! Appreciate the comment man!
I concur
Super high quality vid man! Really enjoyed it
Thanks nick!
Nice WSB. SICK!
Thanks dude! I was so stoked on it! Still am lol.
Pumped up!
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Dude Jordan! Such a rad video. Chalk up PV as a place I need to take my boat. Looked like FUN!
On a calm day I’m definitely going back on my 12’.
@@DudefishhTV Right on! Where did you guys launch out of?
@@DudefishhTV I would assume Redondo right? That would be a hell of a trek if you went out of LB.

@@DudefishhTV Good call.
Man, I'm not ready for summer to end 😫 lol
I know right!

I have fished that area on my hobie kayak. Sometimes I get lazy and don't want to paddle that far lol
Oh nice haha. I wanted him to pull my kayak out there and I’d just get on it when we got there 😂

The white seabass almost made fall out of my chair hah!
Hahahah totally did not see that coming!
12:02 the reel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you wash your rods after a spotty trip?

New sub here from Oregon! Thanks for sharing!

this video was a banger start to finish
Thanks cuz!
Wow! Talk about action! Congrats on the sweet WSB! That was one of those days you don’t want to end.
Very fun to watch!
I agree man! I was thinking of you actually because you were the last person I was talking about the mythical “every cast catch” kind of days haha.

Man that sounds like a hell of a good time haha
Where is boat launch located near pv?
We launch from Redondo Harbor but Cabrillo is closer to PV I think.
Cool thanks ill give it shot
Awesome good luck! Targeting anything specific?
I'm open to anything biting
What a crazy fun day on the water! Congrats on your day of firsts! Awesome!
Thank you man! Can’t believe how many first I got that day I honestly just expected to catch bass lol.
Great episode fellas!!!
Thanks bro!!
Good stuff dudes!!!
Thanks! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Do you remember what lb mono or braid your using on that jerkbait?
Ah man if I had to guess I’d say I was on 15-25lb floro. I typically use 40-50 braid backing.
Duuuuude, sick. Do you know any good guides for this sort thing? My little bro just moved out here from New York, want to show him a good time on the water
I don’t actually know any guides personally but there’s plenty of charters around here.
Benny Florentino. Coastal Charters. Look him up. Went out last year with him
Those OSS baits have great action.
Yea man I loved that swimbait. Looked so good underwater.
Should kept the Bonita
Ha yea I know man. We didn’t want to deal with bleeding them out lol.
Sick ass vid bro! 🔥 Also, keep your thumb on the spool when you cast. So, you won’t get birds nest.
Thanks dude! Definitely my best episode to date. I need more days like that! Lol
This is great. Love all the different species. Exciting episode
Yea that was awesome catching so many species.
You had a really good day on the water🤙🏽those bonitos shaking with the rattles in the lures sounds funny🎣🎣nice job out there
Haha I know right. Rattlesnakes!
Was that White Sea bass a keeper ?
I think it was a little short 😭
Might be heading to saltwater pretty soon since the bass is gonna be on hibernation mode 😜😜😜. Great vid my dude 🤙🤙
Do it man!!! Salt is the best :) whoops did I say that?
@@DudefishhTV you did 🥺🥺🥺

Sick day! You guys anchor out there?
Nah no anchor
Hey my first fish were caught on soda bottle with line .. over 27 years ago.
Haha awesome. It actually made me want to do it intentionally haha. What did you fish for like that?
Catfish at my local Lake East LA
Oh nice I bet that was a fun fight. What was your biggest?
