The ReAl question is, how did the SARS Coronavirus get a 12 RNA sequence for a POLYBASIC CLEAVAGE SITE into its code? Since it's mutation rate is so low, as you said yourself, there is no natural believable pathway to get this long sequence inserted in one go. This sequence on the other hand has been inserted into other viruses already in labs around the world!
That question has been asked by Dr. Chris Martenson, it's very unlikely that a polygenetic analysis of all Coronavirus including SARS-CoV2 and it's closest Bat-RaTG13 shows a sudden insertion of 12 amino acids sequences. All evidences points to a GoF research.
I ❤️ Dr. JC! Thank you for helping me to understand how to prevent my whole family from dying while our leadership is asleep at the wheel in LA, Cali & US. 🥰🥰🥰
There's so much we don't know about the virus and SO much people don't understand about government and how it works. Stopping commerce and flights before the WHO declarations of the PHEIC alert, and then their pandemic declaration could and likely would have caused supply chain issues we are just starting to see, yet certainly not as bad. Idealistically, yes, we could stop all flights and everything would be fine. It doesn't work that way. Doing so would have been an international treaty violation and would have likely been a catalyst to WWIII. Doing so would have caused immediate supply chain issues, and thus starvation, drug shortages, etc. worldwide. And thus massive death. Countries, states, provinces, communities and individuals need to become more self-sufficient at every level & need to get back to basics. This international, mass production center based survival isn't smart.
If you want to see the distribution of contributed genome sequences of Sars-cov-2 divided by this mutation (614 of the spike protein), check it out on this website here nextstrain.org/ncov/global?branchLabel=aa&c=gt-S_614&p=grid Going by this it seems that the G variant is surely taking over and very dominant now. Also Peak Prosperity covered this a while ago. It seems that the G variant of the mutation causes a more flexible section in the spike protein close to the Furin cleavage site which enables a more ready cleaving and as such a more likely entry of the RNA of the virion into the target cell. And as John mentioned, this is not close to the receptor part of the spike protein. The receptor is not the only factor though which contributes to the high infectivity of this virus. The Furin cleavage site seems to be a significant contributor. Also this is the contentious part of the Sars-cov-2 virus that has many people wondering about the source of this virus, especially considering the gain of function research involving inserting cleaving sites into spike proteins to make viruses more likely to infect other species.
@@passiflora1014 yes a change. but what evidence that its man made as opposed to spontaneously occurring. The 'man made' drums were beating before it was known that there multiple variants.
@@randyrick8019 Look into gain of function research, what they did, where they did it and when. Compare all the related RNA sequences of the most closely related viruses to Sars-cov-2. None of them has this cleavage site. Inserting a RNA sequence that produces a cleavage site in the resulting protein is one of the things done in gain of function research. This kind of research was done in a Wuhan lab. There are just a lot of coincidences here that are very unlikely to have happened all together. If you don't believe me and you're interested in this area I invite you to read the relevant papers that are openly available. Gain of function research is potentially very dangerous and in my opinion should not be conducted in the middle of a giant city with millions of inhabitants. If at all it should be done in a lab far away from densely populated areas. The point is not who is guilty or not in this outbreak but rather, going forward, that it is made sure this can't happen in the future. There should be no gain of function research in a lab in a big city.
In 10 minutes you have given me more information on the C19 than I have gotten from my government in the last 3 months. I appreciate the science and your presentation style and common sense English with no politics. I always look forward to your videos/ Keep broadcasting!!
Can it be possible that the virus circulating during *May 2019 to December 2019* (as shown from various sewage samples) was actually D614 and it slowly mutated to present G614?🤔
No. Check nextstrain site to see. This is a single gene mutation on an RNA virus. The mutation happened in replication, which is very fast. The survival and thriving of this gene and why is the question. Think path of least resistance & survival of the fittest (genetically), or perhaps think why a plant soes well in some places and not in others. Weeds are great examples to study... then extrapolate to something incredibly small & rna.
Shivam Chandok No evidence this is correct. It is changing history. It is of interest only. If we take these as genuine we needed the proof in May last year and not July 2020. Playing this game and before you can say COVID-19 we will be discovering the virus in the 1920s again. The solid date is still December and possibly back a month or two only. Europe went from 0 cases to 100 000 and more in a couple of months, so a very early find will be another already known corona virus of which there are many known to this time and decades before. There are other cases where people date viruses to early fictitious dates. There is enough confusion even with solid dates and solid evidence.

That was what I wanted to ask too. In April, this doctor/virologist/something who was interviewed on the korean times in March/April said ''This virus is travelling with new friends called bacteria''. In June, I found an article on thailandmedical.news which talks about the relation between SARS-CoV-2 and Prevotella Sp. Here is a snippet: ''Another observation is that SARS-CoV-2 seems to integrate with Anaerobic bacteria like Prevotella sp. which is the second part of the lung/blood attack mechanism, these bacteria are known to require iron so they seem to shuttle iron out of your red blood cells'' Source: www.thailandmedical.news/news/must-read-covid-19-pandemic-need-for-an-outside-the-box-approach-for-immediate-solutions-to-a-crisis-that-is-much-more-serious-that-it-seems It seems like some people are miles ahead of the pack in terms of scientific understanding, just like Dr. Campbell with vitamin D. It's almost scary. Also, there is this article going around about how the coronavirus comes from a lab and all that. I think it is not the case, but you can read the (quite long) article here: medium.com/@yurideigin/lab-made-cov2-genealogy-through-the-lens-of-gain-of-function-research-f96dd7413748 It pretty much says 1): Scientists can make these kinds of viruses in a lab without leaving a trace. 2): The virus seems like a combination of two viruses from the wild and 3): there is a furin site in the virus. Point 1 is simply true. Point 2 I'm not convinced and point 3 is odd, but I don't know a lot about furin sites.
Sybrand Strawoud good spot & good point! also explains why some some of the other sequelue are scarily similar to very serious anemia. Which in many goes hand in glove with low vit D.
Thanks for the way you present the information. I did biology in school and liked it. It's amazing how much I had forgotten but your videos have rekindle an interest for me. I started watching your videos back in March just to keep updated with world events. But I have learned so much more. You are a great teacher.
No, not if hiding away prevents transmission of the virus. This why we bother with hygiene, because when we didn't we died more quickly and more often. Consequently, we cannot avoid the negative consequences of infections by encouraging exposure. Too many people are finding that out the hard way. Even in Sweden, they have realised that Herd Immunity without a vaccine is unachievable, and that's after sacrificing a significant amount of people. So by all means, once you have an effective vaccine, and an effective vaccination programme, fill your boots. Until then, play Russian Roulette with a virus is only for fools. The virus has mutated, and may do so again in the future, and we cannot tell how that will impact us. The precautionary principle applies.
BigHenFor Totally agree with you. This should be second nature to us by now. Yet here in Nova Scotia, I had to go to Walmart yesterday. Not one person wearing a mask
With the current massive increase in the number of "hosts" (humans) so does the probablitity of additional adaptive mutations to the virus. Past "fortunate" mutations provide no assurance that future mutations will be similarly benificial to infected "hosts".
Dr, Thank you. You are good person. Sometimes I wonder if God has opened a scroll? We are witnessing “good” people (loving, kind, caring, truthful and compassionate), and “not so good”, (selfish, political, liars, haters, mean and, let’s throw in some nasty spammers...) You, my dear man, would be on His “good” list. Of that, I am sure. Bless you for all you do, and your wife for sharing you with us all these months! Pick her some flowers :-)
Just came back from a nice walk on the field. I picked some sunflowers and some flowers in different shades of purple. Fields with oat and some lush green in the distance. I believe ivermectin and antibiotics is a good treatment for humans and cats against covid. Bangladesh is having good results. Now I am back in hammock in the sunshine where the other bushes with roses are. I think I will get some icecold cola to drink.

@Andrew Ongais exactly, the report show the virus alreday mutated in different group, the reach is subjected to NY people in March, only 7% were match to Chinese group but people were inside US, and the rest were from US local or EU, with that large number show means the virus could be already mutated in US before it discovered in Wuhan. Could this be linked to why no reports of loss of sense of smell from China earlier on in this? ( I watched your videos from the start, and I don't think any studies from China mentioned it). In this video here you mentioned a higher viral load for the G form in the upper respiratory tract, maybe the symptoms could be dependent to a degree on if it's the D or G form? I know there are other factors too.. the viral load being one of them. Which form of the virus is in Iran? I recall you saying you had reports of loss of sense of smell from Iran quite early on in the pandemic. I mention the loss of sense of smell as following this from the start I found it odd how for about a month or two no one picked up on it, and I think at the time when the symptom was mentioned as common.. I asked could this be related to a mutation, as it seems a 'new' symptom.
Little lion is at pet hospital in Danderyd. I miss him so much sitting here in garden by red roses. Feels very empty and strange without that little sunshine of a cat. I am eating a lot of dark chocolate today to comfort myself. He is stabile and dont need oxygen today. His breathing is still strained. His lungs are very inflamed. Especially the left one. He don't follow the ground glass pattern that is typical for covid I figured out last night. I studied his lungscans and compared to covid lungs in humans. They were not able to do noseswab. They send noseswab to Germany for results. No confirmed covid cats in Stockholm so far. So my furbaby is probably sleeping now thinking everything is so boring. And I hope he will recover soon and he can come home again. And sleep on my pillow again next to me. Nurse yesterday said he was so beautiful. That he looked like a little lion.that his color was adorable. He is a beauty and extremely kind. Common among Norwegian forestcats with that harmony in personality. So many sick pets yesterday. Everyone was waiting outside. ER Triage. There was a sign. Little lion was prioritised cause his breathing was not good and he immediately got oxygen. I hold the oxygen mask cause staff was busy with others. But I don't mind beeing a nurse to my cat. So fast and so sudden it went downhill with my cat. Glad I was in Stockholm and not in my second home in inland. Now I went directly to Danderyd which is the best pet hospital in the whole country. Cool air red roses and whispering wind in the cherrytree. I am missing my furbaby but know they take great care of him. Give love to your loved ones before it is too late is my message to the world. And appreciate the little things in life. Like when little lionis doing his stretching and then looks at me with a smile. I am blessed to have him and all petowners are blessed to have their angelic pets. Greetings from the roses in my garden.
@Pirjo Lindqvist I am very sorry to hear little lion is so poorly. I (and I am sure many others) have hoped that the steaming, medication, love, and care had helped. Best of luck to you and little lion! 💙

Thank you for your hard work. I wonder, what do you make of scientist Luc Montaignier's expressed belief that the covid 19 virus is man made? It was he and his colleague who were given the Nobel prize for discovering HIV and so I find it hard to dismiss his claims as conspiracy.
Barbara Lindhjem The conspiracy are those actively hiding evidence, changing evidence and even adding conspiracies to cover up the awful truth. Yeah I am curious if any Space x and NASA sent COVID to the space station and if it can mutate in way worse ways outside of the protective cocoon of our atmosphere.....

Thank you James.

Thank you for keeping us informed. Please keep doing what you are doing.

I think it could be.
I'm sure the ccp will be happy to have you on board, it's an unconfirmed , debatable result of one sample and I doubt if it will be heard of again.

How does this relate to the S & L strains you reported on back in early March?
Nextgen.org has data on the strains in detail. Very good question!
I'm digging on another aspect, or I'd look myself. This trend is exciting.... Could be early stage of a burnout? I'm still reading and looking... so much to read and do, so little time!
March was a very long time ago.
Hi, would you agree that hiding from a virus is the wrong way to go about dealing with a virus?
Much love from bonnie Scotland 💙
