Over a decade ago, when I came back from China and landed at SFO, I noticed the brand new luggage bag I have is torn, from the handle to the wheels. About 5 to 10 areas are either broken or torn. The wheels are bended. After complaining to UA, not only the UA agents refused to do anything, they told me that UA was not responsible for any damages done on the bag. I wanted to file a complaint. They laughed at me and told me to go ahead 😮😡😡😡 And I was working at SFO. I CAN TELL EVERYONE THAT UNITED AIRLINES SUCKS!!! United Airlines are almost always on the worst airline list. Among the TOP 10 worst airlines 😊😊😊
What's with this trend of airline safety videos being anywhere but the aircraft. Delta's takes place in a concert hall and American in some warehouse. Interesting to see the trends.
I can't even describe how much I hate these stupid "everything's a joke" corporate America videos. Traveling internationally, the airlines take pride in the experience and make you feel valued.. and then you come back to the US and get the clown show.. 🤡✈️
