The irony is they're on our side and love physical buttons too but they need to keep their jobs!
Good point to be honest..... I still prefer touch-buttons..... At least u get to feel what you're touching...... Whereas for screens or big screens..... Sometimes they do lag a bit..... Lastly it can be too bright when you are driving at night.... So it can be very distracting.
