Residents support Chinatown shops after days-long outage

The power is back on and businesses in downtown and Chinatown are open again after power was out for four days earlier in the week.

You're supposed to file a claim with heco. Their Insurance is supposed to
pay. That's what insurance do.

what the insurance going end up saying........under tiny words in the bottom of the contract owners sign "we are not liable or responsible for any situations that goes beyond our control"...........lotta insurance companies are like that!
