Basically; Kratos is THEORETICALLY stronger. Asura is SHOWN to be stronger. Asura has shown his feats, I want to see Kratos bat away stars and planets being thrown at him, tank kicks and punches from the creator of all existence and survive being pushed through a planet…
it's sad people seriously can't take a loss to one of their favorite video game characters. Nobody fucking cares if you like the character and what is "shown". The entire point is to scale, if you just base stuff off what is only visible it literally just ruins the whole point. Take a single fucking loss in yall's pathetic lives and stop being such big pussies about it.
@@KaylaIsaiah bro its this exact type of scaling i absolutely hate. same with the whole 9 realms thing even tho it only weighed 1.7mil tons which is not a lot for these characters.
This is nice, but Deus is not Asuras father. Also a lot of people believe that Kratos would win in this match, but I think in terms of being the angriest character Asura wins. Even if it took years he still carried that wrath within him, and went through hell and back to save his daughter and take revenge on the dieties for killing him and Durga. He still did it in spite of it all and still cared about the people around him. Kratos on the other hand..yeah
Technically asura is only angrier because of his abilities to get infinitely angrier like the hulk but even more enraging, kratos has a lot more to be angry about in GOW 1 through 3 since he was constantly having nightmares of the people he killed including his wife and daughter while constantly getting betrayed by both Ares, Zeus, Helios and even Athena.
@johnsantos507 goji compared Deus to zeus so I assumed he thought Deus was asuras father. I know asura is a father I've played the game multiple times unlike the powerscalers
@Spider-fan2038-js1iq Asura is wrath incarnate he was chosen to be and his anger shook the heavens literally. Asura was still haunted by his past we see it throughout the game, plus it's not fair to compare an entire trilogy to one game and a DLC.
@Spider-fan2038-js1iq also it isn't about a lot to be more angry about. it's just about how angry Asura was throughout the game. Kratos was angry, but he wasnt using his anger itself to slay his enemies and gods like Asura was. Asura was straight hands. He was a general who wanted a world where his family could live a normal life and that monsters weren't destroying countries running around and threatening the world. All of that crumbled in front of him when the emperor was killed, and everyone betrayed and framed him and called him a demon.
Asura defeated his version of Buddha in an event horizon Quote Reactive Evolution: Asura possesses an ability to adapt to his opponents that allows him to surpass stronger opponents, no matter how powerful they are and regardless of their Higher-Dimensionality. Asura ignores dimensionality being the only being here to defeat an omnipotent being
Nah, this fight is actually much closer than you think. Watch some other Kratos vs Asura videos and stop listening to Goji Chronic. He's not a reliable scaler
Kratos also heavily implies at least some Greek Gods were more impressive than Heimdall, at least... so even more evidence Greek Kratos should be at least somewhat relative to Norse Kratos.
@shorelinefishing9213 When Mimir said he never saw anyone lay a hand on Heimdall, including Thor. Though Heimdall never planned on fighting Thor in a serious manner, while Thor looked like he was going to at the very least butcher him like he did with Modi. I don't think Thor could win the fight, but he wouldn't lose either. If Heimdall's focus was trying to kill Thor blow for blow instead of evading him and outlasting him, then Heimdall would lose badly, but he may just Outlast Thor if that was his objective. At least we can agree, Heimdall is definitely much weaker than Thor.
the Norse Pantheon are nowhere close to being as powerful as the Greeks let alone the Nordic magic not being as powerful as the Greek's magic but the Norse Pantheon in GoW are still able to transcend concepts such as Space, time and dimensionality through the World Tree feats such as the Valkyries being able to travel through each realm which makes them equated to 'Irrelevant Speeds' since each realms themselves are their own universes with their own different sets of laws.
Deathbattle is doing this as the first of DB 25. Now, the only thing I can say is that the results will probably be based on how DB interprets their biggest feats (which necessarily doesn't mean they'll be considered correct to everyone). You see, the biggest thing Asura has is killing Chakravatrin while Kratos defeated Thor while holding back. For Asura, some people considering the Chakravatrin feat universal because they consider Chakravatrin the creator of the universe. However, it has also been said that a developer said that Chakravatrin only created mantra, and not their universe. But atm, we could probably scale Asura at least universal. For Kratos, it gets more tricky. When he and Thor fought in Ragnarok, their fight shook up the entirety of all of Yggdrassil and its realms. Now the issue is how does all of this scale. Are the realms part of one single world (Planetary), the collective universe (universe), or they all different universes of their own (Miultiversal)? Because if we highball both Asura and Kratos, that means Kratos greatly overpowers Asura by a huge deal. (And don't forget, Kratos didn't want to kill Thor and held back) Regardless of the outcome, I don't think the Kratos vs Asura DB can ever be settled.
Tbh Sun Wukong should probably be beating them all. I can't say that for certain since Dante scaling continues to elude me (always lost in outerversal claims) but current mythology Sun Wukong is clapping. All the hax plus the scaling to boot. You couldn't even possibly kill mythos Sun Wukong.
@@TechTheFeck Correct. Doomguy is at least low multiversal in power likely closer to Multiversal. Arguments for 5D are there, but not as concrete as Kratos.
The DLC is actually locked behind the main game meaning it was always there and was supposed to be/is the actual final ending. With that out of the way. Asura's feats are more consistent compared to Kratos's... nowhere in God of War is Kratos relatively as fast or faster than Asura whether if its through gameplay or cutscenes. Statements usually holds no ground. Chakravartin is the source of all mantra. Once Asura killed him that was it, reason why he died, but he gets reincarnated. The Mantra Reactor gave Asura the power to fight Chakravartin. It is fueled by Asura's rage and can pretty much hold in an infinite amount of power meaning that the longer Asura fights and gets angry, the stronger he becomes over time that's why he was easily able to overcome Chakravartin in the end and Asura showed 0 sign of fatigue. In the end though Kratos holds no ground when it comes to Asura at his fullest when he's fought for literally thousands of years.
Yeah I wasn't surprised by this. Kratos is just on a higher level. That said though, I think that Asura has the potential to surpass him considering the gargantuan gaps in power he's crossed before. 12k years dead, 500 years dead and beating his creator in base form when said creator dismantled his strongest form. Angrier he gets, stronger he becomes, those power boosts are permanent and massive. If Kratos doesn't put Asura down quick, the latter can get one over the former but in most cases Kratos wins.
Well yeah like I said. In most cases Kratos wins, Kratos can put Asura down quick. If he slacks around too much, Asura is capable of surpassing him for the reasons I said above. I could see Norse Kratos maybe going easy given his temperament. Greek obviously wouldn't be so merciful.@@sator2766
Well the issue with that argument is that no quantifiable power boost can close the gap between the two. Since Kratos scales to 5D which is something 90% of powerscalers who are involved with Kratos scaling agree upon, he is beyond infinitely stronger than anyone who is 4D and even more so to 3D characters. Dimensional scaling is wack since a character even being just 1 dimension higher in AP makes them beyond infinitely stronger.
It was 12000 years he was dead Asura is roughly 2 million years old. Each cycle of vlitra is roughly 12500 years. At the start of the game it states 160 something cycles do the math it’s about 2 million years old The spider in naraka states when asura asks how long he’s been dead states it’s been 12000 years but that nothing in the lifespan of a Demi god like yourself
6:48 Why does Helios scale to star level? Why does the Greek world's sun scale to our sun when it literally fell to Earth in God of War: Chains of Olympus, and this fact was mentioned in the Valhalla DLC? So, the sun in the Greek world smaller than Earth so you can't scale it to a real star that is billions of time larger. 7:56 The term "immeasurable in magnitude" implies that something is beyond measurement or quantification, but it doesn't necessarily mean infinite in size. Similarly, expressions like "endless sky" or "infinite sky" are often used metaphorically to convey a sense of vastness and boundlessness rather than a literal infinite size. Language often employs figurative expressions to evoke emotions or convey abstract concepts.Ariel's statement doesn't explicitly mention anything being infinite. Also Altas Does not hold up the underworld its located below him. 10:15 how did you get calculations for their speed without a specified time frame. The narration mentioning the Primordals battle lasting "an eternality" leaves the feat's duration unclear, possibly spanning billions even trillions of years.? 10:38 Steven Caterson, the producer, isn't involved in the creation process of God of War. He wasn't aware of characters other than Hermes dodging Helios' light so I fail to see how this is vaild proof when the question was loaded. Helios illuminated the underworld with his entire body and the sun chariot. I doubt his severed head's light being equal without concrete proof.
For your first point. He scales to star level cause he embodies and is as strong as the sun. Also the sun being contained in the underworld just upscales the sheer size of it. Your second point is dismissed via hitchen's razor and false equivalence. How we portray infinity is not the same as in gow when it's explicitly clear cut and consistent that the underworld is infinite and so are both the cosmos and even Gaia as confirmed in the novels. So the burden is on you to prove it's hyperbole. The Primordials fighting might have been eternal, but the CREATION of the universe was in an instant so what you did was straw man the Eternity part. He's still vital to Gow and you conceding to him acknowledging Hermes dodging said light already goes against your argument. Helios in literally EVERY scene we see him in uses his head, not his body. His head illuminated the underworld. Even ignoring this part, a fraction of infinity is still infinity. Helio's light at all covering the underworld makes his light infinite speed cause it covered infinity in a finite time.
@redking8243 thanks for the reply. 1.)The narration mentions that the sun falls to the earth before entering the underworld. Applying Occam's razor suggests the simplest solution: the sun is pulled by small chariots and can fall to the earth without causing harm to the earth, considering it's smaller than the earth. It's important to clarify that the earth is never depicted or stated to be infinite size. 2.)Your argument involves an appeal to ignorance fallacy. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and your only evidence consists of statements that are not necessary. "Immeasurable in magnitude" and "infinite sky" are not literal statements. If you insist they are literal, the burden of proof lies with you. Also the underworld is located below atlas so regardless he doesn't lift that up. 3.)The cut scene did not play out in real-time. If it had, it would mean that the entire God Titan war happened in an instant, contradicting the depiction of the war in God of War 2. 4.)The question he asked was loaded, containing untrue assumptions, making it invalid. Unless you believe trick questions are vaild. Additionally, he wasn't aware that other characters in the game could dodge Helios's light. What makes his statement reliable? Simply citing his work with the development team isn't enough; asking the janitor the same question would be just as valid using that logic. And regarding Helios, in God of War: Chains of Olympus, his sun chariot lit up the underworld when taken into the world. Scaling the light of his severed head to the light of his entire body plus the literal sun doesn't make sense
@@marraytaleus6598 Np. The context would refer to the main entry from earth to the underworld. The chariots being small is not relevant given that small Gods inverse can destroy giant titans. Occam's Razor entails actually that the simplest solution is that the earth can withstand the sun's heat. Also the Gow novels (secondary canon) confirm Gaia is indeed infinite. Not how it works. You asserted they were not literal and used an argument from real life to support it. I placed the burden on you first to prove it was metaphorical and you also just made a claim again they aren't literal yet nothing substantiates that. The standards in powerscaling is that the statement of a thing's size is literal unless proven otherwise. Also I never said anything about Atlas holding the underworld. That's doesn't sequitur into itself. How does the Titans fighting on earth go against the visuals of The Primordials fighting? Even then the gods were well after the Primordials fighting AND ascension was way after the PS2 era so how you think the 2 connect is beyond me. Of course the fan asked the questions. He wanted confirmation which he got. The point was to confirm Hermes dodging Helio's light was real and can't be argued as a gameplay mechanic. Why would him not being aware of others dodging said light debunk the question is the better question. That's another non sequitur where the argument doesn't align with your conclusion and unless you have proof a janitor works on a game in anyway, that's another false equivalence. His chariot =\= his body. Again, we literally see the head lighting up the entire area he's in in gow3 and I already explained how it makes sense. It's still a speed feat to begin with.
@@redking8243 1.)The explanation doesn't make any sense. Are you saying there's an entrance to the underworld on Earth, larger than the Earth itself? For this to be possible, the sun would need to be smaller than the Earth. Yes, you mentioned that the novel claims Gaia is infinite in size, but I have both novels and can't find any statement supporting this anywhere. 2.)"I didn't make that up. Ask anyone familiar with writing or the English language. Even if you ask ChatGPT, the response would be the same. 'Immeasurable in magnitude' doesn't mean infinite in size, and 'infinite sky' is a common expression in writing. Also, the burden of proof doesn't fall on me; you can't prove a negative. What you're demanding is as logically possible as creating a square triangle. If a statement was meant to be interpreted literally, it would be easy to prove, but in your scenario, there's no concrete proof, which is why you're trying to shift the burden of proof onto me in the first place 3.) My point is that your assumption is based on a cut scene that is not playing out in real time. The primordials are shown creating the universe in the instant. Zeus is shown defeating the titans in an instant, and the world is shown being created in an instant. This is obviously not the time span it played out. 4.)The question contains a false assumption. It is structured in a way to trick someone into agreeing with something that isn't true. do you see these types of questions as legitimate because they're not seen as valid by our court system for a reason. This is false. Go back and actually watch play-through of God of war 3 Kratos doesn't acquire Helio's head until after he kills Hades and makes his way out of the underworld. Helios lighting up the underworld is something that happened in god of war chain of Olympus when his entire body and his sun chairs was taken into the underworld. there is no proof that Helios head alone can actually do this.
Not sure if you've watch either Amphibia or Owl House or both, but I was wondering if you could do a video on Anne Boonchuy vs. Luz Noceda in the future.
I know this is probably a long shot but would you be able to scale the last Dragonborn to characters like these two? Just a suggestion since elder scrolls power scaling is pretty nuts for being a fantasy setting
@@nukedpyro it isn't funny to me. It's actually astonishing to me how powerful the Dragonborn is. I didn't feel that powerful playing the game, but the lore implies otherwise, and to me, it's fuckin nuts
The comparison is not fair, Asura only has one story that we know of, its better to compare Asura with Kratos in first God of war Game, Albeit if Asura will have a continuation, this comparison would change.
why should your suggestion be fairer? you want to take a kratos that is not today's kratos. But you put him against an asura who is the current asura, which means that until a new game or new lore appears, the asura is in with his best values. If you follow your logic you could also say you take Kratos out of the 100th game, it could be that a 100th game appears where Kratos takes part. umd this kratis is theoretically stronger than the current kratos. should, could, would.
Asura is just stronger than Kratos in every way, period. Kratos uses and relies on weapons and tools that were made by gods that are either on the same level as Kratos, slightly stronger than Kratos or far weaker than Kratos. Asura doesn't need to use weapons to kill gods that are theoretically and physically stronger than himself because his rage is just that strong, not to mention that everytime Asura dies he's soul is transported to Naraka and his body is almost indestructible and he can theoretically come back to life an indefinite number of times. Even if Kratos could get past the whole Naraka resurrection thing that Asura has going on, he'd still have to contend with Asura's strangth and rage/wraith triggers which is enough to kill gods that range from planetary to omniversal. Kratos just isn't going to win.
Nobody says kratos is strong cause feats present in game People say he's strong cause he kills gods and would be a god himself That's it, It's a narrative based argument mostly related to myths Gow scaling has nothing to do with gow games

If there’s one thing that people kinda forget about asura. It’s that he will slowly get stronger as the fight goes on. Remember the seven deities became way more stronger than the 8 guardian generals. Like the first fight with a resurrected asura and wyzen. Though in his base form he was able to beat wyzen, but when wyzen took on his second transformation, he had a lot more trouble. Till he said something about asuras daughter, then he was able to match his power and surpass his second form. And was able to do the same thing, when wyzen went into his 3rd form, but lost all his arms in the process. Let’s also mention that wyzen was the weakest out of all the deities. And in the final fight, people also forget that asura was returned to his resurrected base form, without the power amp given to him by Yasha. When the fight went on, asura was able to not only match the creator but also defeat him. So in short, the longer the fight goes on, the more it’s in asuras favor.

You can even argue that Kratos scales to 7d , since the well of destiny which exists in Midgard was stated to contain an infinite amount of timelines and possibilities which can be argued to be 5d then you got the realm between the realms which was also stated to transcend everything within the realms which would make it 6d and Yggdrasil transcending everything that exists makes it 7d and Kratos basically scales to it and that's not even his high end , in Ragnarok he basically confirmed his appearance in PS all stars battles which was also confirmed by the Devs to poke fun of Playstation, and since technically you could use that as an argument to put in probably high outer since ps all stars Kratos waa capable of defeating polygon man who not only can mess up with the game's script but is also the embodiment of playstation itself which means that he transcends every verse that exists on the platform, but again this is if wanna get really wacky with his Gow scaling

I'm no further than you talking about Kratos vs Helios and how Helios is the Sun, and I can already tell you about to give this to Kratos. Kratos has more games. He has more lore. He has more screen time and development. He's the fan favorite; we spent more time with him. We get it. And even if we add alllllllll of Kratos' feats together, they'd still pale in comparison to Asura's one fight against that fat dude who Facebook poked Earth. You said he was planetary in size....no young man, his FINGER was planetary in size lol. The "Helios has the power of the Sun" is beyond silly too (no disrespect). Helios has the power of Earth's Sun, that's cute when in the same video you show Asura defeating the final boss of his dlc and that god's so massive he's got several galaxies floating around him that're the size of birds compared to him. For reference sake, NASA says there's well over 100 million stars/suns in our Milky Way Galaxy alone..........buddy Asura defeated could've ate the galaxies swarming him like snacks, and Kratos vs Helios was supposed to be impressive next to that? 😂😂🤔 Kratos is the fan favorite, we get it. But Kratos would need every buff, power up, artifact, and pantheon from every realm he's been to to help him fight off one of Asura's farts, let's be real here lol

seriously this whole Dimensional tiering is such convoluted nonsense... its better to stick to terms such as 'outerversal' since that's easier to follow along and there's various factors to a character that can be outerversal or whatever else
Well, a lot people just underrated Asura pretty much, and overestimate Kratos. Let's start with Kratos, he is stronger than Uranus, who created the universe, including many bodies of universal size and the space-time continuum (this is probably the best thing that Kratos showed). The Temple of Tyr was created by mortals after the existence of the nine worlds. The Temple of Tyr does not contain the 9 worlds, it is in them, and this is what Mimir means when he says that he is rooted in all the worlds. Freya claims that the tree inside the Temple of Tyr is just an image of Yggdrasil and is not even a real tree, meaning that it is not infinite. There is no Yggdrasil in the Temple of Tyr. That's why Kratos never raised or damaged the 9 Multiverses or anything like that. The Temple of Tyr is used as a portal-gate rather than a door, and does not contain the 9 worlds. For the Temple of Tyr to truly contain 9 worlds, the Temple of Tyr would have to be the only way to cross the worlds, however in Ragnarok Mimir states that Odin sent enemies through the worlds using the sky. Again, Kratos cannot raise 9 Multiverses, this is nonsense and contradicts everything that is shown in the games. Kratos is not physically stronger than Atlas, if someone thinks that slightly moving the fingers of Atlas, who did not even really try to kill Kratos, proves that Kratos is Stronger than Atlas? Of course not, this is nonsense. Kratos did not defeat death and did not become death himself, although Thanatos was in space beyond dimensions, there is no indication that Thanatos himself is at such a level, the sphere of death, as mentioned, transcends dimensions, but is still only located within Greek mythology , which is a direct contradiction since Greek mythology itself is a dimension, but probably implies a pocket dimension. Kingdoms of infinite size in any mythology are infinite only in relation to their mythology (for example Yggdrasil). The 9 worlds aren't universes, they're different planets, so yes, GOW doesn't just take place on Earth and in dimensions on Earth, but it's still the main location. About Jormungandr the World Serpent and Atlas, who raises the heavens. To everyone who wants to say that Jormungandr flew around the whole world, no, this is not true, even in GOW Kratos said that this is just an exaggeration. Well, Kratos’ speed is infinite only potentially; traveling through an infinite world does not mean that you have infinite speed; the Uroborus amulet only affects objects, and not something living. So he was not ahead of time (because Kratos cannot overtake time, which means he is not faster than infinity), but in principle it is possible to prove Kratos' infinite speed, for example, Atropos has infinite speed, and Kratos killed her by making his speed infinite. The Underworld, although there are reasons for the fact that it is infinite, is still implied to be infinite, and the light that covered the entire underworld has infinite speed, Hercules evaded such light, and Kratos does not lag behind it. Because yes, Kratos can, in principle, have infinite speed. Now Asura, I’ll say right away that Asuri has immunity to the manipulation of reality, time, space, soul and mind, therefore he does not need all the most powerful artifacts of Kratos, only protective artifacts and artifacts with additional damage to the enemy or increasing one’s own powers are useful: for example, manipulation ice, fire, water, lightning, creating explosions from souls, etc. Everything else will not help Kratos, but what is there will help prolong the fight. As for Asuri's powers, the list of his abilities is as follows: Regeneration, Energy Manipulation, Invulnerability, Pain Tolerance, Resurrection, Resistance to Existence Erasure, Resistance to Soul Manipulation, Resistance to Time Manipulation, Resistance to Petrification, Resistance to Fate Manipulation and Plot Manipulation, Resistance to Time Manipulation, Durability Denial . Also, Asura himself can Manipulate the soul. In a word, Asura calmly ignores all of Kratos’ most powerful abilities. Asura defeated Chakravartin, Chakravartin is the almighty God who created the whole world. Chakravartin created Naraku, the limitless world between life and death. Chakravartin also created many worlds (universes), in a word, he created the Multiverse (other Universes can be seen in the battle between Chakravartin and Asuri). If it seems to you that Chakravarti is only at the universal level, then this is not so, we have Gokhma Vlitra. He is stated to have limitless power both in the game and in the lore. The game clearly states that Vlitri’s level of power is incommensurable and limitless, which already puts her at the Highest Universal level. But Vlitra is only the creation of Chakravartin, Chakravartin cannot beat on the same level with his creation. Chakravartin himself stated that he created many worlds/universes that form the Multiverse, with the space of Naraka, that exist between life and death, while he is able to create the purpose of change by force of will. Asura moved in stopped time, making his speed infinite. Asura shattered reality and destroyed Naraka (infinite dimension). Kratos is maximum at the Multiverse level, Asura at the same level is possibly Multiverse+. Both at infinite speed. But Asura will constantly become stronger, so Kratos will not be able to win. The battle will not be easy, but Asura will defeat Kratos.
honest truth Asura is stronger, in the end he was one shotting planets. Never seen Kratos come close and thats pretty much game. Also Kratos has never fought for years on end etc.
This tells me everything i need to know. Kratos bodied Zeus in Gow 2 who defeated cronos while far younger and weaker who birthed all time and said cronos defeated his Primordial father who birthed the entire infinite universe by just getting punched and he still had more energy in his body. Reality warping encompasses every superpower ability manipulation that exists. Being immune to all aspects of reality warping makes you literally invulnerable to everything. Chakravartin being an omnipotent reality warper makes him do any feat imaginable. This is also confirmed with this statement. Quote As the original creator and source of Mantra, as well as the God of Mantra and "Spinner of Mantra", Chakravartin has absolute control over all the Mantra in the Universe. Through the absolute and complete manipulation of Mantra, Chakravartin is shown to be capable of accomplishing virtually any feat imaginable without any sort of effort required. Asura's Mantra Affinity is Wrath. This signifies that Asura's strength and power are proportionate to his level of anger, rage and wrath. This plays a major role in the story, as it allows Asura to constantly build up and increase his Mantra output to what could be infinite levels the more anger he builds up. Understandably alongside his Mantra levels, his physical demigod abilities also escalate exponentially the angrier he becomes and the more wrath his Mantra of Wrath generates. Due to having a virtually infinite amount of Mantra, Asura can overcome impossible odds and adapt to any kind of power. Yasha once questioned Deus as to how Asura's Mantra levels could match those of the Seven Deities, even after accumulating over seven trillion human souls worth of Mantra to enhance their powers. I don’t remember kratos punching through multiple planets and suns in any of the games? This is barely an argument in the final battle against Chakravartin. He launched a gamma ray, larger than earth to destroy everything there. If that happened to Kratos, what is he doing even if somehow by a miracle, he could take that the entire earth would be destroyed so he would just float in space for eternity.
OK, because it's called cosmology difference. How it works is that asura takes place on actual earth inside of a universe, while gow takes place inside of a Norse universe, with multiple realms and space time continnuems. Also that's like what? Planetary? Kratos is capable of lifting hyperion spear, which is the literal weight of the cosmos, and atlas hammer, the weight of the world. Also atlas lifts the heavens as stated in gow 2 Manuel, or even the world pillar reverting everything back to nothingness aka chaos if destroyed, stated by persephone, goddess of the underworld.

Not gonna lie most of your points for Kratos doesn’t make sense if he moves at immeasurable speeds then why does he die from fodder enemies in the game or even get caught by an attack by them that’ll mean every enemy is mftl and that’s certainly not true. That’s basically saying just because I caught my dog running away from me means I can run just as fast as my dog which is not true because there’s multiple ways different ways of accomplishing that feat and that’s what Kratos he just find a loophole with his enemies and defeat them he’s not out right just one shorting all them the way making it seems and he never held back the Entirety of atlas he barely held back his finger tips which is not the full force of atlas
Because it is a game and is therefore handicapped by human technology and you as a player. and it would be boring if opponents couldn't defend themselves. Also, Kratos wasn't hit by food, that only happened to you as the player. It didn't happen in that one.
"He barely held back his fingertips which is not the full force of atlas" This is why context matters here as 1.Atlas can not only carry a multiversal structure with one hand as stated before that, but also the strongest titan. 2. It was a depowered kratos, literally obvious with the dialogue. "It once held the godly power I once yielded, as the God of War." Like cmon, the blade of Olympus literally drained his power, and there is more evidence of kratos being stronger than atlas anyways such as Hercules during the 12 labors lifted the heavens for a day for atlas to find the golden apples, and then tricking atlas to hold the heavens again and fleeing afterwards with said apples. Also hades literally absorbing his soul, which makes him blanlty stronger, hence why hades stated to kratos, "your soul will make me even stronger."
Akhsially Asura didnt stay dead, he simply reincarnated in a modern age as can be seen in the last cutscene

This is nice, but Deus is not Asuras father. Also a lot of people believe that Kratos would win in this match, but I think in terms of being the angriest character Asura wins. He still did it in spite of it all and still cared about the people around him. Kratos on the other hand..yeah
Nope. Asura is a father. Not Deus.

Do you know who else is relative to Norse Kratos..? MYYYY MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

It's a good day when Goji posts!
(And don't forget, Kratos didn't want to kill Thor and held back)
Regardless of the outcome, I don't think the Kratos vs Asura DB can ever be settled.
Hope this year we can add Sun Wukong to that roster and see how all 5 of these characters would scale

💀
Yeah I wasn't surprised by this. Kratos is just on a higher level. That said though, I think that Asura has the potential to surpass him considering the gargantuan gaps in power he's crossed before. 12k years dead, 500 years dead and beating his creator in base form when said creator dismantled his strongest form. Angrier he gets, stronger he becomes, those power boosts are permanent and massive. If Kratos doesn't put Asura down quick, the latter can get one over the former but in most cases Kratos wins.
The thing is that he would have to close a massive gap in his power boosts to beat kratos, so unless kratos is feeling mighty generous i don't see it
Well yeah like I said.
There “if” arguments are completely moot

Each cycle of vlitra is roughly 12500 years.

I can answer most/all of these if you're interested?
@redking8243 thanks for the reply.
If a statement was meant to be interpreted literally, it would be easy to prove, but in your scenario, there's no concrete proof, which is why you're trying to shift the burden of proof onto me in the first place
3.) My point is that your assumption is based on a cut scene that is not playing out in real time.
Luz Noceda in the future.

why should your suggestion be fairer? you want to take a kratos that is not today's kratos.

These are cultural stories about how they explain the birth of their cultures. And I think, as I look at the whole world, that each of these gods had their own domains, right? The way that countries had their own domains…

Since the novels are not canon, Kratos gets dogwalked.

We have naraka another universes
So how does Asura cap at uni?
Quote god of war interview with Corey barlog
Kotaku what’s next for gif of war.
Barlog: Oh, totally. I’ve always looked at this universe like our world. The geography separates the cultural mythologies. The cultural mythologies are stories of the zero-point to present day.
These are the birth and the origin of these cultures. So the Norse mythology exists in Scandinavia, and simultaneously, across the world, the Mayan mythology has its origins, right? These are cultural stories about how they explain the birth of their cultures. And I think, as I look at the whole world, that each of these gods had their own domains, right? The way that countries had their own domains
Quote 2
Barlog: Right [laughs]. But yeah, it is a consistent single universe. As we start to look at these things, there’s little bits, here and there, that let you know. Like, Tyr, had connections to a lot of other pantheons. And there is reference, in Norse mythology, of gods interacting with Roman gods

No weakness this is further suppported with this statement.
Existence Erasure Resistance: Asura could easily resist Chakravartin's Reality Warping and Existence Erasure and even defeated Chakravartin The Creator who could control all aspects of reality itself.
Reality warping encompasses every superpower ability manipulation that exists.
Being immune to all aspects of reality warping makes you literally invulnerable to everything.

As the original creator and source of Mantra, as well as the God of Mantra and "Spinner of Mantra", Chakravartin has absolute control over all the Mantra in the Universe. Reactive Evolution: Asura possesses an ability to adapt to his opponents that allows him to surpass stronger opponents, no matter how powerful they are and regardless of their Higher-Dimensionality.

OK, because it's called cosmology difference. How it works is that asura takes place on actual earth inside of a universe, while gow takes place inside of a Norse universe, with multiple realms and space time continnuems. Also that's like what?
"He barely held back his fingertips which is not the full force of atlas"
This is why context matters here as
1.Atlas can not only carry a multiversal structure with one hand as stated before that, but also the strongest titan.
