Good to know about that pine tar product I just saw it on walmart's website too.. I was wondering whether it's a better deal to get into smelling like Dr. squatchs pinetar soap... I'll research to see if there is a safest pine tar on the market for skin application.. So far we know it shouldn't containt creosote and 1,4 dioxane, and that pine tar should be closed-kilned. ChatGPT says that I'd rather extract it's scent into any care products I want, which is very easy, and it gave me the steps on how to do it 😅
FYI According to ChatGPT Pine tar soap has been used for centuries and can be a natural remedy for certain skin diseases. However, not all pine tar soaps are created equal, and some may contain toxins like creosote and 1,4 dioxane. To avoid these toxins, it is important to read labels and look for products that are creosote-free and do not contain certain chemicals like PEG. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid soaps made with open-kilned pine tar.
While all of this is true in this case, it should be noted that chatGPT is an unreliable source of truth. There have have been many instances where the AI presents fictional information as reality. Always fact check and vet information by reading multiple sources. ✌️

You should always dissolve the sodium hydroxide in water if that is what you are asking. Even if you don't freeze the water you should use the amount called for in the recipe. Is that what you are asking?
I have not tried that. You really should just reformulate the recipe. Removing the pine tar will also not cause trace to happen quickly so you would need to use a stick blender.

But they Sell a ton with their Ads and commercials.
Are you selling your soap?
No, not at this point!
@@theeverydayfarmhouse8722 That would be awesome if you started selling your bars i would definitely buy.
What to replace lard with? I do not use animal products.
You would have to run it through a lye calculator but look at palm oil for an alternative
nice! try diamond g pine resin next time. creosote free pine tar is the color of blonde hair. not black or dark brown.
Interesting, the company claims it is creosote free...
@@theeverydayfarmhouse8722 maybe they have a different definition of creosote than i do. to me its the black carbon left over from partially burnt wood. when you extract tar directly from a live tree without using fire it doesnt have any of that in it. just pure resin.
Dr. Squatch is nothing to brag about. It is about the worst soap company out there. Their pine tar soap is junk. Total junk.
It made my acne go away ✌🏽
You are definitely wrong Dr Squatch is the best I don't know what your smoking.
I love this soap. It makes my nether regions smell like the handle of George Brett's bat.
