Kailash Blades is very good at what they are doing.

Thanks for sharing your views! The BRK is maybe feeling a little... inadequate? They're very different knives though and though the chitlange is longer the BRK looks like a great sturdy chopper and camp knife. The chitlange a bit speedier and meaner for martial situations.

Very nice. That would be the style meant for combat. They have quite a different balance etc than the farm tool versions. Allows for really quick movements.

Performance grind, wow... that looks awfully thick. Thicker than my 7" Mini heavy duty grind. Good to hear its agile in hand. Might go for standard or heavy 12".

Hey there! The upper grind is mostly determined by the style of blade rather than whether it's performance or HD etc. Our grind levels mostly control what happens at the apex and just behind the edge- if you cut the blade in half and zoomed in to the edge you'd see that this is leaner, even if your mini has less meat higher up :)
