- The debate heard round the world between Biden and Trump has set off a media firestorm. Suddenly, the mainstream media and most of the pundits on the left are calling for Biden to step down. Certainly this is unprecedented in our lifetimes and there is a lot to unpack. But in the opinion of Cooper Stuff, the main takeaway is the complicity of the corrupt media establishment who has been in on the sham. They do not like us, our religion, our worldview, our heritage, or the founding principles of our country. They are trying to control us, and it is the duty of citizens to disallow it.

Let's just think this through...
For the first time in our history, the presidential debate happened BEFORE the national convention. They have until August 19th to slide in a new candidate on the basis that Joe Biden isn't fit (all based on the early debate and what the media "suddenly" recognizes) to be president. It's a shame to me that his wife allowed this. Id be willing to bet that several pockets were lined quite substantially to allow this disgrace to go on for 4 years.
My mom had surgery a year ago and her mental clarity has been foggy since. I don't let her balance her own checkbook anymore! Yet here is Bidens wife and family thinking he can run the nation?!
Seriously? Who is really buying this? Just wait...a new candidate is about to be announced and all the Trump haters will jump on that bandwagon not realizing it's been the plan all along.
It's all a game of deception, and those with their eyes not fully opened will be deceived .

At the same time, there were too many ways they could've done that without making their party look week and panicked, risking voters with no benefit. There's no strategic advantage to doing it this way.

Yes, we are not supposed to be mob rule! That's why I get annoyed when people keep using the word democracy, because democracy is mob rule. It's one of those little language tricks they've pulled and almost everybody has accepted it, on both sides.

There has been a lot of commentary on the debate and speculation.I appreciate you saying a bit more about how the media treats any opposition to this administration and makes people think they are overreacting. Thank you for articulating this viewpoint.
I'm with you John. And to add, and you have probably spoke to this before...but why are christians listening to voices that hate God, hate His Word over listening to the One who they say they believe in? Makes no sense! Makes me question who or what they truly believe. That makes this conversation so sad. People being draw away into deception and lies...and apart from Christ. May God open the eyes of our nation and may we humbly bow before His throne!

Powerful! Back when the George Floyd thing was going on, our church (one of the largest in our city) sponsored a rally, it was attached to BLM as well. I was asked to participate, and my first response was to as ask if I could bring a poster that said “ALL LIVES MATTER, LOVE JESUS”…my request was not well received! I was vilified, told “I didn’t get it”. Needless to say I declined the offer to participate. The event went on, I decided to go and “watch” from the sidelines. I witnessed my own Pastor (a white man) repent on behalf of all white people that have wronged black people, and wash the feet (literally) of some of the black participants…to a cheering crowd…in an effort to appease and be “reasonable”. All I could do at the moment was pray. Speaking out has been difficult, but so what…we must speak out, we are living in unreasonable times! Blessings John…standing with you!
What about Trump's turn on now being ok with abortion? I think we need to pray that he has a change of heart

I have to disagree with your assessment of the Democrat Media about Joe Biden. Greg Gutfeld said it best, "The Democrats are not panicking because of what they saw, it because of what the American people saw. It's no surprise.

I don’t believe all the blame can be put on the media for how Biden is being portrayed. A lot of the blame has to go to his wife, VP Harris and everyone else who’s parading this man around, with full knowledge of his mental/health decline. I pray for Biden, all of them and the nation.

So...take this for what it is, but...
I don't have a huge presence on social media, and I spend very little time on it.
I do not play around on them because I have been addicted to the scrolling in the past, and decided that's not what my priority needs to be.
But anyway...
When the 2016 election was happening, or rather, the debating season, I had influence from my family's past of voting Republican, and also from my pastor and his wife, who said that of the two, Trump was the lesser of two evils.
I voted Trump.
But leading up to the big day, my sister blew up about five of her relationships, dragging Trump, screaming about him online, screaming at her friends for having the audacity to say anything positive at all about Trump.
As a result, I wouldn't disclose my voting status to her.
I think now, she has soft transitioned, as she has been "Sam" on her social media handles for about four years, and within the last year, she changed her online profiles to "he/him."
I...cannot stand it.
She has always proclaimed her faith as the reason she fights so hard.
She agrees with the alphabet mafia.
She considers herself a hard feminist.
She says God would agree with her because He loves people.
Well, yeah. He loves people.
But what He doesn't love, is their SIN.
You are affirming them in their SIN.
The Bible calls out homosexuality and sexual immorality as core sins, and supporting gay people in their beliefs that they "can't choose," or in their lifestyle, instead of trying to encourage them to change their ways is basically telling those people that you don't care if they go to hell. That's where they're headed if they do not repent and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour.
You can love them from a distance, but supporting them in their sin is condemning them.
Am I right about this, or is it nonsense?

I'm not really qualified to give you some sort of a for sure answer, but I want to answer so you know I read your comment and I hear you.
The bible is clear about how people of the world live and how we need to be different. If someone has accepted Jesus as their savior, they've also accepted him as their king.
The King gets to make the rules.
Many Christians have homo desires, but they reject them and pray that God will order their desires to be in line with His will. Many Christians have disordered desires to commit adultery, or to lie, or to slander, or many other things. We also will fail and commit some of these sins sometimes.
There is a difference between failing & repenting, and insisting on living a life you want to, without regard for His ways.
Do you have access to a Christian mentor with whom you can seek advice on this topic?

It is important that we're different.
But I think that in those differences, we should also definitely consider God's will over our lives...
I probably shouldn't be talking, since, as you stated, we all fall short of the glory of God. We fail to keep the commands we're given, and we are tempted. Sometimes those temptations get the better of us too...
But we're better off just doing our best, and praying for forgiveness when we do mess up.
I try my best not to be judgemental, as I do not wish to be judged more harshly. But it happens, and I wish it didn't...
It is Biblical that we should first remove the plank in our own eye before trying to help our brother get the speck out of his.

It was not a Trainwreck. It was necessary. The wisdom that President Trump used by even agreeing to this debate and if being an honor, just goes to show how the prayers that the remnant has been praying and how God is working (yes, God is allowed to work through even Donald Trump), is on display here..the human part is not eloquent and well versed, but neither was Elijah nor the prophets, bit Gid still used them
