Hi Kim lovely video of a beautiful place I don't go out much these days apart from a half hour walk each day and its looking likely that my town could be one of these local lock downs that are happening. One day this will be all over ( I hope ) and Scotland will appreciate all your work promoting it. Until next time take care and stay safe.

GREAT video, Kim -- the area you take your walks in beautiful!! Definitely inspiring me to explore close to home - I know there are images everywhere and all I have to do is get up, go out, and explore ----- TEXAS is a pretty large area in the USA!! :-) Looking forward to your next video!!!

Are these walks normally so deserted or is it a sign of the times ? - beautiful locations and all the better for the lack of people thanksfor taking us with you

Some of them are this quiet yes but a number of them I passed people now and again. I deliberately picked quieter walks for this video as people are generally looking for quieter places to go just now. However, the quieter spots normally appeal to me more naturally anyway so was fun to get out and enjoy these spots. There is something special about being our in nature and away from others 😊

Scottish communities couldn't choose a better person to speak for them. Your sincere passion for the area is clearly evident. However, this video was a little like a post-apocalypse movie in which you wander back and forth, up and down, here and there, to and fro, possibly in search of signs of other human life. Maybe it's due to the pandemic, but I've never seen so many deserted scenic locations. You at least need a companion for the picnic.

That's very kind - thank you Ralph. For most of these walks I had someone with me but they did not wish to be on camera which is fine. I love being out in nature on my own so having a wander or picnic in solitude is great fun 😊 the picnic day I did have someone with me though. I deliberately chose the quieter walks for this video due to the covid situation. People are generally looking for quieter 'off the beaten track' locations to visit just now that are away from normal tourist hotspots but generally, these are more up my street anyway 😊

It’s funny the English subtitles translated your Scottish “cycle path” to “psychopath”😄
