    I began my journey with yoga science in 1991 after I achieved oneness with God/Goddess.
    I love the path of Pranayama, and yet, currently enjoying an advanced sadhana on a treadmill , exploring how the Agni Pranayamas and Jogging/Running/Sprinting

    Very useful in understanding all pranayamas properly and doing it. Thank you. I request you to guide senior citizens what to do and what to avoid. After both knee surgeries, I (74 years old female who did advanced course at ashram in bengaluru in 2006) still continue to do all possible asanas and pranayamas sitting on a chair.

    That was brilliant- your technical explanation was great but have to say your lungs are passive that is they small sag's hold the oxygen but it's the diaphragm that creates a vacuum to fill the lungs with oxygen.

    Which leg should be above and which leg should be below in Padmasna, Sidhasana or in Sukhaasna ? Do this position of leg have any impact on flow of Life Energy in Body ? To temperature outside also influences position of leg in these poses ?

    How do you know which pose to sit in for the different pranayamas? For me, vajrasana is the easiest to sit in. Perhaps I have to practice sitting in the other poses (some of which you mention in other videos) Thanks.
    Btw the videos are great and help explain in greater detail.

    Hello, I am gratefull for your lessons. Thank you. When I tried the lessons on kalapabathi, it was afternoon already. So I didn't sleep that night at all :). Only afterwards I understood .... Now I do it in the morning when I wake up. I do only 9 to 12 rounds, for me it is enough, I already see my skin & body responding. Is this possible? Thank you & see you!
