    We are Americans. We cook pasta at home. Italian Americans don't care. Many people are into Japanese culture, cartoons, etc. Especially black people. I havent heard any Japanese people say anything. We have an ecletic culture. If white women wear braids that means they are becoming more comfortable with us and accept our beauty as beauty. Black women are triggered because we feel the style belongs to us, and we're gatekeeping. It ridiculous. Our whole culture as Americans is a mix. Let this one go. It's getting cringe.

      Exactly. There's much more to worry about then this so called appropriation scam. People can wear what the hell they want.

    If a white woman with bone straight hair doesn’t wash and comb it! It becomes greasy and disgusting! I think black womans clean hair can and is beautiful. But I understand them wanting to get weaves and that’s beautiful also. But you shouldn’t mind white wiman getting braids either. I have straight hair but get body perms. And in the 1980’s got Donna Summer perms! Do what make you feel comfortable and beautiful black or white !

    You have the right to wear your hair however you want. And you should thank the English for that right.

    She doesn't understand the history herself or is ignoring the history to promote a racist position.

    Oh wow the comments here didn't pass the vibe check.
    She explains it so well, why are all choosing to be ignorant about it? It's all about the history behind it. It's about the centuries of oppression and (still lasting) consequences they feel!!

      I will tell you why i don't like it. I live in England, no English born girl know that history she talks about. They teach it and they teach it wrong so black girls can be triggered, is an an agenda behind it.

    Maybe we should stop teaching some things from history to the next generation. There is nothing wrong with any type of well kept hair.

    When you say "a black woman for centuries..." what do you mean? How old are you? And, how old do you think you are?

    • @stamatelavagia4944
      @stamatelavagia4944 3 месяца назад +2

      And who taught her to think this way? She has no personal experience of what she talks about. Someone else planted these ideas in her mind and she spreads them so more black people can be offended. All I know is that my child has class mates from different countries and is up to me plant the right ideas so he is not offended by others.
