    As a diabetic in my 50’s, I am always looking for light meals and sweet snacks. You knocked it ooh of the park. All ingredients I use and especially love canned fio😊 ty

    plain greek yogurt mixed with a little caesar dressing makes a great veggie dip too

      @@theroastedveggie I made it first as a snack but now my 6 year old loves it too and keeps asking for the "healthy pudding" for dessert lol so its definitely in the rotation for all of the above❤

    Hello! I'm new here and I had to hit pause after the first snack to say that when you pulled out WISHBONE!! I was was like, Yes! She lives in the real world with me and sometimes that looks like a bottle of something iffy, before I hit play I will certainly subscribe but I wanted to thank you for reminding me that it isn't an all-or-nothing situation. I mean, sometimes there's a coupon....

    Wow looks so good. Is there a different between low fat and full fat of yogurt? What’s better I’m confused what’s healthier?

      Nutritionally low fat yogurt has less fat and calories than full-fat yogurt. This can be a good option for people who are wanting all the benefits of the protein and nutrients from yogurt without so much of the calories. However, full-fat yogurt can be great if you love the taste and potentially wanting to feel fuller for longer. Healthiest yogurt depends on the person! I always add either berries, granola, and nut butter to my yogurts so I choose to opt for the low fat version, but LOVE the taste and texture of a full fat yogurt.

    How do you measure what grams equals protein? Like the ham

      I check the nutrition label to see how much protein is in a certain amount of grams/ounces. According to the deli slices I used, a serving size is 3 oz and contains 17 grams of protein. Generally 1 slice = 1 oz, but that depends on the thickness and size of the slices. Does that make sense? :)

      I search Google. Eg. Nutrition three slices of Canadian Bacon = 10 g. Protein. Now 10:42 I’m going after high protein and low calorie…Eg. Cottage cheese. Keeping hard boiled eggs in stock is really convenient. 7g. Of protein with 77 calories. Archer beef sticks from Costco are 4 g.protein with 45 calories. 11:00 I keep those in the car in case I need a snack. It prevents me from stopping for ice cream. For me, figuring out convenient protein keeps me on track.

      Go ahead and mix your own. No need to judge people who decided to spend this time on something else. And - let’s be honest - nothing in the kitchen takes 5 seconds. Even washing the blender.
