I've been a follower for a while now, Rose, and as usual, your video delivers exactly what it promises....cheap, lazy, and vegan. This format is hilarious because it's so real. Your light is getting worse; the camera isn't focusing; you're mixing up your words, and maybe even forgetting an ingredient here and there... this is the best cooking show ever because it's real. I love how you just leave out things because you can't be bothered...it's like you're in my kitchen.
I just want you to know that this pregnant lady just paused the video, went to the store, and bought salsa. I’m now chowing down on a bag of tortillas with hummus and salsa. This is all I needed out of life today ❤️
Hello, Mexican here Tortillas taste SO much better when you heat them up, just heat up a pan and flip them a couple times. This also helps them not breaking as you wrap/fold them. It’s always a little crazy to me when I see non-mexicans RUclipsr not cooking them lol Amazing video 💕 I’ll definitely buy frozen edamame!
Hey lovely Rose, quick tip I use for baking to make life a bit easier....if your nanas are not ripe enough, just microwave them for like 30 secs at a time, helps to brake them down and bring out the natural sugars !!! Great video too, am definitely gonna try those cookies !!!! 👍😋👌
Nutritional yeast is so magical, I love the flavour and I was literally stunned by how full of protein and minerals/vitamins it is, I was like did I put in the whole package? Nah, just a serving in cronometer
Who dared to give this a thumbs down??!? This is exactly what i need in these WFH days. I feel unqualified to feed myself without the aid of the cafeteria at work. No matter how many times i shop i hate my food. Thank you for saving my life! And the shelled thing is not you, its our nonsense language
Made those oatmeal, banana cookies last night. I’m a horrible baker and they came out great and are so quick and easy. I’m gonna make these all the time now!
Yayy can't wait to watch this. I've been feeling pretty down lately and binge watching your videos has helped me so much to relax and calm down a bit. Love listening to your friendly voice and learning about all these delicious recipes. Thank you so much ❤
Is it ok that I shed a tear of joy as I browsed some of the incredibly useful & life-changing PDFs in the bundle? A million thanks to you & all the incredible authors for sharing vegan recipes & health tips.
I like this format despite any perceived "imperfections". You have a good personality, and it's funny. It just works. But whatever you feel most comfortable with.
I dont know why they never work for me. They are too soft for my liking. Idk I like cookies to be harder texture. Any idea on how I can make it better?
Alternatively, if you need the bananas ripe the next day, you can put them in a brown paper bag (also, detach each from the main stem) and leave them in the closed bag overnight (or roughly 12 hours). The ethylene (which is the chemical that ripens bananas) will build up quickly in the bag, accelerating the ripening process.
Thank you so much for the ideas and inspiration. Snacks are life! I like both formats imo, so maybe keep doing voice overs primarily and sprinkle this type of video in for variety? Either way, have a nice day!!!!
Genius ideas! I am a newbie, and didn’t know how to buy the edamame. That folder the sandwich wrap is fabulous. Can’t wait to try it. I haven’t purchased Tempe, but I’ve been eyeing it in the store. Didn’t know what to do with it. I had heard of soy curls. But I have never seen them. And I didn’t really know how to use them. I’m very grateful. I will check out your link and order so you get credit I think you’re just adorable to watch. Very glad to see recipes without sweetener. I can’t use sugar or erythritol. I can use only Stevia, but they mix it with everything tall a lot. Can only eat low carb, so no bananas either. 😞
You're adorable. I intend to try some of these recipes as I'm always looking for a quick snack. I like that your recipes are simple, quick and healthy. Your format is good, very authentic; looks like it would be fun to cook with you too!
I loved your video! I could see that you were getting tired, so do what works for you, but please keep posting! Thanks for reminding me I can use my edamame as a snack - and the cookies, wrap, and all the rest!!
You are hilarious. Who knew vegan snack video would be so funny. I am watching myself. My daughters vegan and we will all enjoy these today. Easy ingredients no fuss. 👍🏽👍🏽
Awesome ideas, Rose. I will definitely make some of these. The video style is great too. Much more engaging to have the whole interaction, rather than just a voiceover. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes. I'm definitely a lazy vegan most days, only cook 'properly' on my days off. The stove is a bit neglected, but I'm happy and healthy!
Rose, I love this. I made the oatmeal banana cookies and they are so yummy and so easy, this will definitely become a new favourite. I didn’t have the peanut butter powder so swapped for regular peanut butter and it was fine. What an insane massive effort making this many things at once!!! Thank you for entertaining us & teaching us new yummy things to cook. 💕
Edamame beans with a splash of light soysauce, garlic powder, a couple drops of sesame oil and some sesame seeds on top is where. It’s. At. Though 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 pro tip
I just finished baking your 3 ingredients cookies (I've been making them since I saw your video four years ago!) and now I'm eating leftover udon noodles covered in a peanut butter sauce that I got from one of your video a little while ago. What would I do without you, I have no idea! :)
Rose mentions that the soy curls would be better in the air fryer - I can confirm this to be true. I highly recommend air fryer liners. They're parchment paper baskets to make cleaning your air fryer even easier. I like to put buffalo soy curls on my salads and in wraps.
Happy New Year Rose!! Excellent recipes, thank you for so many ideas!!! I'll try most of them I think! I sometimes feel that we don't deserve you, you're so hardworking and dedicated in your recipes that at some point in the video, I thought "it must have taken her ages to shoot all these recipes in one go!!" Thank you so much for your work, it is very much appreciated!!!
I really appreciate these videos because I post mukbangs, but I've been trying to be healthier and find different options for my channel and these are cool! thanks a bunch!
Hi Rose! My wife is Korean and I've been making several of your vegan Korean recipes to help her in her dietary change journey. Thanks so much! Recently she's wanted to eat yukgaejang (육개장) but not seeing any vegan version on YT. Have you developed any? 😁
I don’t know if you ever found a vegan yukgaejang recipe for your wife but I have been using this one for the last few months ruclips.net/video/NrtMY9UNxS4/видео.html And I have found it to be delicious. I love that you are making lovely recipes from her homeland, that is so loving! I immigrated from the US to Scotland and still miss food from home, and hubby always tries to surprise me with American dishes. His first attempt was “beans on toast” 🤣🤣 I was polite, but a tin of Heinz baked beans on toast seemed extremely odd to me. All these years on it still does but is a common lunch, snack or light dinner over here. So I finally asked how he thought beans on toast was American…his response was “wasn’t that what the cowboys used to eat?” 🤭🤣 All I could imagine was the scene from the movie Blazing Saddles as they sat around a pot of beans 🤦🏻♀ lol. He got major brownie points for being so sweet but I have since taught him some more traditionally American, vegan snacks and meals lol. I hope your Mrs is settling well in her new country and that you guys are very happy together.
First time watching you! I like this format! Fun and real. You are such an entertainer!! I subscribed and look forward to more fun & educational vegan videos from you.
There are time stamps in the description box if you want to skip from snack to snack! 😜

I will watch the whole thing!"

Okay the tortilla wrap wizardry is a stroke of genius. So thank you for THAT
I LOVE that when you say LAZY you really mean it. Everybody just uses it for a thumbnail

4:02 Lol that surprised me. My favorite part about eating edamame is taking them out of the shell😂 I think it makes them tastes better
OMG that tortilla wrap quesadilla thing is brilliant. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Right?? I got some giant tortillas I need to use up, and that's perfect!

Made those oatmeal, banana cookies last night. I’m a horrible baker and they came out great and are so quick and easy. I’m gonna make these all the time now!
The very casual “we’re gonna take some of that nasty avocado” killed me 😂😂😂😂
Ok, the folding the wrap in quarters IS genious!! I love all the ideas u gave. Thank u!
That was awesome!
I definitely enjoy watching your cooking show style videos.
Yay!! ❤️

making those chickpea cookies! I like this format where you see you instead of just a pan or plate.
Your snacks are so quick and look amazing and you're hilarious!!
You have a beautiful sense of humor Rose. I'm definitely making some of these. Tks
Rice cake topped with hummus & olives is my go-to lately! Can't wait to try some of these this week.
Those oatmeal banana cookies are a perfect on-the-go breakfast for me, I usually add in chocolate chips.

I like both formats of video ! Sometimes I just want a quick recipe, and sometimes I want to see you 😊
I like the loyal tough-looking camera-tri-pod guy with his black & white spiral legs, soooo relentlessly filming his assignment!!!
Hahahaha I was thinking the same thing
When my banana's aren't ripe enough I usually put them in the microwave for like 30 sec. usually that does the job
I never heard that trick before
Waaaaahhhh🤯🤯🤯
Let me screenshot this. So I never have to wait.

Brown avocados taste so bad to me 🥲 I think my taste buds just don’t like avocado that much

Can you use regular peanut butter instead of the PB2 or is the powdered nature of the pb2 important for the cookies?
