- Decap Attack (Genesis) All Bosses (No Damage). Decap Attack is a 1991 platformer video game for the Sega Genesis. The game is a westernized version of the 1990 Japanese Mega Drive game Magical Hat no Buttobi Tabo! Daibouken (まじかるハットのぶっとびターボ！大冒険), with the graphics, characters, music, and level designs all being changed. That game was based on the anime series Magical Hat, for which the license was not obtained outside Japan. Both are updates of the 1988 NES game Kid Kool and the 1989 Master System game Psycho Fox. I forgot how good this soundtrack is. This brings back memories. Haven’t played this game in 25 years
Max D. Cap's plan was always totally bogus, even before being turned grey with death. Also I like his silly tongue comes flopping out when you hit him.
This brings a whole new definition to "stop da cap"......I'll shut up now...
The first boss looks like something out of a Klasky-Csupo cartoon.
2:51 & 5:06 I LOVE the jump sfx! I finally can hear that sound effect without soundtrack playing!!
I wish they made a testing sfx & music area like Sonic 2 had, that would've also been awesome to hear that in HD

@@SquidyStudios Thx Squid! Your advice was SO worth it, that is *literally* the best jump sound effect I ever heard in a video game.
It is a pretty cool sound.
The OST was amazing!
I find this more fun than Ghost and Goblins though..
This, Ghost and Goblins and Medievil are the games that really captures that dark yet humourus vibe..
I love this game so much!!! It was always one of my favorites. Though running from the giant tiki wall always gave me bad anxiety XD
funny thing but you dont even have to fight the second boss at ll.. if you have the item you can hurry off the side of the screen before he appears and just go on to level 3.

So this evil jerk named “Max D Cap” decides to attack the overworld (he’s basically satan) so Dr. Frank N Stein and Igor send “Chuck D Head” to save the day from him. Also, Max D Cap destroyed their island.
You can skip boss 3 and 6 too!
But if you skip boss 2 you will not fight a big frog

@@sophieheart2707Instead of falling down into the boss area you need to stay up on the platforms. Just jump from platform to platform to the left until the end. Then you need carefully drop down to the exit sign.
And, the song of the second boss is the same song of game Força Alienígena.

The music is pretty damn good though like Stage 2-1. Best song in the game

A nice but hard game (perhaps not that hard for it's time), I never managed to find all extra hearts.
I'll help you out. The first extra heart is located 3-3 at the beginning, bottom left and the other is located in 6-2.

Has anyone beaten the mole without the head power up or any others for that matter? I’m under the impression that it’s virtually impossible to do it without a head at the very least.
