This one is mistake bro...lap should be at the mid section of the column. I mean rod must be cut at h/4 + lap length from the plinth beam. However, in this case, lap is not at the mid section.
But U r provided lap on L/4 junction. As per rule lap are provide after L/4. Means =3200 clear distance then we provide lap above 800mm means 800+lap length

Whether lintel tie beam can be provided any zone? What if lintel tie beam falls on zone-A top area?

Mera ghar ka average column to column distance 10 feet hai. Each column me 4 16mm and 2 12 mm bar use hua hai. Mistri ne kisi kisi column me 16 mm bar ke liye 450 mm lapping length diya hai. Iske liye in future problem ho sakta hai?
Sir mere site par plinth beam k upar 9 ft column hai lekin slab 11 ft par dalni hai toh kya karen Column ki sariya ek hi level par hai Sir ek confusion hai lapping length mein jo sariya upar se aa rahi hai column par aur jahn wo chair karti hai column par wahn tak ki length ko lapping length kahte hain ya phir jahan wo khatam hoti hai

Wahi to 800 mein hi lap kar dala isne ,
Lap should be in zone B. Either in mid or up and down but shall not enter in zoneA, that is L/4 from top and bottom
