But U r provided lap on L/4 junction. As per rule lap are provide after L/4. Means =3200 clear distance then we provide lap above 800mm means 800+lap length
This one is mistake bro...lap should be at the mid section of the column. I mean rod must be cut at h/4 + lap length from the plinth beam. However, in this case, lap is not at the mid section.

Whether lintel tie beam can be provided any zone? What if lintel tie beam falls on zone-A top area?

Nice sir I have one doubt We find point of contraflexure and point of contrashear in sfd and BMD. Will plz explain me the actual.use of that point on field .
you can find its application in the design of slabs. The main reinforcement bar is bent up from the point of contra flexure and passes over the beam to resist the negative moment developed at the support. we have to provide the reinforcement in the same manner as our bending moment diagram come out

This one is mistake bro...lap should be at the mid section of the column. I mean rod must be cut at h/4 + lap length from the plinth beam. However, in this case, lap is not at the mid section.

Lap should be in zone B. Either in mid or up and down but shall not enter in zoneA, that is L/4 from top and bottom
