    Good luck champ! I wouldnt do any more strenght training for now before your fight, really important your completly recovered. Just some MMA tehnique work keeping the volume low. Really impresed with your discipline, I dont think your opponent did the work you did, not even close, keep that in mind💪

    Im doing 3 exercises each PPL day. When should we add a new exercise if we still are seeing strength increases week to week? When we hit a plateau? On a pull day im doing weighted pull up and rows and im doing around 8 reps of rows as an accessory exercise. If i get up to 8x5 with rows where should i go next. You taught us how to make 10kgs jumps every 5x5 with our main exercises but im stuck on where to go when we hit an optimal rep and set range for our accessory exercises. Should we just stay at like 8x5 and add another exercise or add also 10kgs to the rows and go down to 3x3? Thanks brother.

      Im currently doing weighted pull ups. Rows with higher rep range like stated which is now up to 8 reps and then curls. Seems to be working out just fine. Im seeing increases from week to week.
