    Here doing weighted chin ups and dips with barbell squats and deadlifts for a year now. It's definitely worth it, to be able to fly while having the strength to move heavy stuff from the ground just makes you different. The strength is different too.

    Hey wassup, started my weighted calisthenics recently, it’s definitely the best thing to do once you’re used to your own weight, always feels good to know you’re pushing yourself harder

    Im gonna start to do some more weighted Calisthenics👌 tho I can only do 2 to 3 sets of 6/8 good form Pull ups right now but i see people saying different things about when adding weight 🤔

    When you do weight calisthenics, you will understand why fat, big, tall and heavy people can't do calisthenics easy as you do
