Great video! It is still a great career in 2022 to get into. We need more great Paralegals!
This video is so informative it’s crazy. Thank you.
Thank you, this is all the info I was looking for today.
Thank you so much..this really helped me out
Very thorough, thank you.
amazing video super informative thank you 🙏
Thank you!
Thanks for video! Only critique was the Meyers’s Briggs data. Not doubting it’s accuracy in relation to people in the paralegal profession, but it the same order if you look at the data for the entire US population, so this can be misleading. Seems ISFJ’s are only the most populated in paralegal because they are the most populated in general and same for INFJ’s being least populated. They are the least populated in the US. Anyway I learned a lot otherwise and appreciate the info.
Yes, you are 100% correct. They release information on the most likely MBTI type and the most common type. Two different things. iNFJ is actually a really rare type. Next video will go over both.
Nice video. But I don’t think your MBT chart has anything to do with paralegals. I think it’s an overview of types in the U.S. overall.
As International student, Have OPT after graduate from paralegal?
Do I need maths in highschool for this diploma?
4:07 maybe because technology has grown in 20 years?? 🤷♀️
Do you think there's an age where one should say "meh" - it's not worth the time put in to go back to college at this point and become a paralegal? I just had a birthday yesterday and I am desperately trying to change my career path but I'm discouraged by my age.
You can get a certificate online through a school's continuing education department and learn of the skills and apply for positions with confidence
I just went back to school last semester for Paralegal and I will be graduating end of the year. Its generally a super short program and youll have the benefit of having a degree.
If you do legal research for a hobby anyway, meh may as well get paid
@@jimflask1164 my same thought process. I do it constantly. Plus you won't be grinding on a physical job and should age well with your body.
I want to become a paralegal because I always wanted to work in criminal law, but I have no money, also I have no way to get financial aide. So I'm thinking on making money while working and then see if I like it. The only think that I keep pondering on, is how many female paralegals dominate the industry. Do male paralegals have a harder time getting jobs?
Good question, I hope he answers.
It’s around 80% women but I’m not sure if it would make it any harder I just think not as many men are into it
@@theyluvglitch5706 Thank you for the reply
I’m a guy paralegal student and a good amount of my classmates are men (majority women of course). But more men are starting to go into the field like nursing. You make good money, there’s a lot of demand and the schooling can be short. Being a male might actually help. Also it’s good to work while in school ask your job if they have student benefits. Go even if you can only afford one or two classes a semester. Always look for scholarships and grants and look into your local college for degree options and payment plans. I hope this helps.
@@tym9080 thanks for your answer
Are they paying actresses who act like real educated lawyers in movies fairly similar to real attornies and also if the acting attorney is attractive, slender versus a plus size attorney regardless of race acting in the same role; since acting roles could be interchangable for all and anybody can play any role as at the end of the day, it is still a good job after all?
What?
@@Ty-vj4wg bro never heard of a period or punctuation
Bro what the fuck are you saying?
@@user-360johnn Not even that, the it’s so off topic it makes no sense.
The only thing I could understand about this is that you're wondering if it's like the movies? No, it's not.
