    I understand what you are saying, I am a high "I S", too. 😁Used to be called PPS, the Personality Profile System... Bob and Pat Brooks, Coldwell Banker of the Valley (Landmark Realty back then), travelled around to realtor groups teaching it and testing years ago... It seems like FSBO's are back.

    How big is her team she has at least I am willing to bet 15 or more team members and a single agent selling 60 homes is actually doing better not being negative but these top producers and really team or offices within an office.

    In South Carolina we cannot do walk-through videos of homes unless our brokerage has the listing. Not even a a FSBO. It’s rough.

    I came in late, rewarching later on. What state is Tina based in? Because 100 homes a year if in CA, Damn that's a fat pay year, if some crappy state then Damm that's a lot of work for little money per home

    Scripts are essential tools BUT present your script as a natural (tonality) conversation. NOT like a parrot. A good script will ask questions, listen and you will control the conversation.

    This is such a poorly conducted interview. Who is Tina Caul? A real estate agent. What is a FSBO? What ‘scripts’ are you referring to? How do you expect anyone to follow this when you fail to outline the intent of the interview in non-jargon real estate language? I stopped watching at 9.5 minutes.
