Hi Tina! Great content. Can you recommend some good scripts (circle prospecting, calling expireds, calling FSBOs, etc.) Ive been searching for good scripts for a long time and all I can find is generic scripts that don’t sound or feel natural at all...
I'm in the same boat, I read a book by Kevin Ward i think its called The Book of Yes, where he talks about rehearsing the scripts UNTIL it sounds natural. So I took from it, that I AM the one who makes it not sound scripted. That advice helped me. Good luck!

I don't think you are allowed to call people asking for business unless they aren't on the non call registered phone number. Which law is supporting you to call people?
It depends on the script that you use and the words you use. If you are not comfortable, do not make the calls. You also have to use a provider that scrubs list so you are compliant.
She wasn't calling to get a listing(as far as the potential client is concerned). She was originally calling to see if the home sold and she then asked why it didn't and offered tips to help it sell IF she decides to list again. She didn't say hi, I'd like to sell your home.

Where do you get phone numbers? For instance, when you want to do just listed/just solds in the neighborhood?
We use dialers like Mojo or Vulcan7 for vetted numbers!
