Pretty sure what straps I used was nylon webbing I got off of Amazon, but really most strapping would work so long as you can attach buckles and such. Joanns fabric also has some which I am using for the next version which I was commissioned to make.
Gotcha, on this one there are a couple of methods used, for the metal support rig the straps are looped around and sewn to ensure they won't come loose. On the foam portions I did a strong glue like E6000 and since I am paranoid a couple of small screws through the strap and into the foam. Good luck on your crafting efforts!

can i copy your work? i have project for it to. but have trouble for the base suport for the shoulder part.
