  • Welcome to Day 16 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
    This is a seated 15 min Yoga For Upper Body: neck, shoulders & upper back. You can easily do this practice without a yoga mat, just sit in any comfortable position on the floor or in a chair. If you are sitting on the ground, change your leg position any time when it gets uncomfortable.
