Dude, I'm glad I wasn't the only one who saw that! I've been watching Lourlo in Korean High Elo, just watching his team is insane. He can be top lane doing his thing on the island, sees his jung gank bottom, and pans over to watch the plays. If I do that in NA Plat, It's like watching two toddlers slapping each other.

@@ant9610 You can anti-push and contest your cs decently fine in most 1v2 matchups with Q+650 range. If they dive you are stacking bulk and traps to weasle around and make it as obnoxious as you reasonably can. All while a Bard, Blitz or Pyke roams their asses off and makes the game a fiesta.

I used to play *TRUE* tank Ashe support back before the rework when her Q was just toggle slow on autoattacks and I bought stuff like Aegis of The Legion and Ohmwrecker for utility and all the usual beefcake items. It was ranged Braum before Braum was a thing, for pretty much all intents and purposes.
I played vs a tank Ashe the other day and wondered why it was so hard to deal with her! Lol

@@DarkKniteZ Classic: Trinity [Tiamat] BC Titanic Anathema I'm guessing. Sometimes Runaan 2nd, sometimes Kraken rush 1st item. Anathema synergize well with bruiser Ashe.

Instead of jaksho, most go for triforce tho. They're pretty interchangeable

Bro when you have an adc building tank and dealing more dmg than normal adc in teamfights + being unkillable you know you have a problem with tank/bruiser items when this happens xD
These items been broken since forever but this is ridiculous!
Radiant Virtue is MUCH better than Jaksho as tank twitch. You dont build resistances to begin with, only max hp, so youre not getting a lot of value out of jaksho. Plus radiant virtues passive grants you MORE max hp, making you tankier too and improving your titanic hydra dmg by huge amounts.
Also worth noting that jakshos range is 700 units while twitch gets up to 850 range when casting ultimate.
Overall Radiant virtue not only makes twitch tankier, it also gives him more dmg than jaksho would

I would like to add that jaksho is a really undervalued item for non tank characters. We’ve seen champs like hecarim and Diana take it but now champs like yasuo yone and even twitch are finding massive success with it.

I hate botlane with a passion, but I used to play Tankmaw mid/top. And I love weird picks in solo lanes.
Anything can work mid/top, specially top cus is more isolated. You just need to be very mindfull of enemy jg and ward very well early. Once u get Tiamat u are basically ranged Talon.

This is more like half-tank build. Ruinaan and botrk full damage items, titanic and cleaver are both bruiser items. I always think half tank is better for on-hit champs.

You should make a video about the guy who plays tank varus top with heartsteal as mythic
Reminds me of my current ashe build. I build Triforce, Kraken Slayer, Randuins, Cleaver, Wits End and Steelcaps almost every single game. Sometimes I even go Iceborn Gauntlet instead of Triforce if they are full ad. Ashe is *ALWAYS* the focus of assassins. I have found the same principle that the longer you are alive the more damage you deal. And honestly Ashe still deals a ton of damage even if Kraken and Cleaver are your only dmg items. Last week I got a 1v4 quadra with Steelcaps, Frostfire, Cleaver and kraken, legit facetanking a Zed, a Yorick and a Caitlyn.
My first items are often Triforce, Steelcaps and Randuins, this way you can duel the enemy ad's any time you want and they literally deal negative dmg to you. A rengar, zed, talon, kayn with two lethality items cannot touch you at all when you have Steelcaps and randuins, because their passive basically does the same thing.

I don't know why but this feels like something that will eventually show up.
Had a similar idea with tristana, builds similar at least the core anyway... Runans > Rav > Jak'sho > boots(gotta always go tabis unless the teams more ap/cc heavy) > Cleaver> Shojin This build is not only tanky, it's also ability haste focused so you almost ALWAYS have your E and Q up, your R is always up, and your Jump is almost spamable! With DMG being lower in 14 I think it's smarter to go a bit tankier if you're playing adc mainly just for safety and you'll survive burst combos and can make it out. You DO NOT have the dmg to 1v9 solo, but as a team you should live long enough to win.

Tank/Bruiser builds on adc seem so wrong but feel so good to play
It's the unfortunate byproduct of bad balance between function and feeling. Adcs need to die in one combo or else they're OP as fuck. But it's no fun dying in one combo either. Hence we get the adcs with viable bruiser builds, cuz they're sick and tired of not getting to play the game because Zed sneezed.

Same reason ap twitch goes zonhya crown banshee. You can't die if you can't get picked off. Therefore you deal maximum dmg.
Sometimes i wish my adcs would counteritemize for the game, but it's a fight that will never be won.
There's no point in playing most adcs if they're just going to build tank, they'll do negative damage if they do that. Not to mention they just aren't all that tanky even with tank items.

last stand only works when he plays as a bait, Coup works all the time including when he flanks from behind. Last Stand does have a slight advantage sometimes, but Coup just works more reliably all the time.

I'm really hoping ADC players (And even laners in general) learn to get out of lane and start getting map control. In high Diamond into Masters, ADC players just sit in lane doing nothing after wave is pushed out. As a Support, I've just learned to leave them after lane is pushed and make plays around the map elsewhere. If they sit in lane and die, that's on them.
