"This one idea will level up your entire BJJ game.
It will help add efficiency to every move you already know when you apply this idea.
It applies to takedowns, passing, guard play and everything I can think of in BJJ.
Bmac demonstrates the idea with an arm lock but the idea is valuable to way more than just that.

Hey White Belt!
Are you sick of getting crushed from the bottom?
That side control escape you seen on RUclips not working against some better guys?
We have a FREE series on how to stop getting crushed on bottom available over at the site below:

You explain better than anyone I’ve ever listened too, your way makes since to me. Thank you 🙏
Principles are unique on RUclips, concepts & techniques are the norm but ALL are valuable in jujitsu. You're a very insightful teacher, it's why I subbed! #Thx4Sharing
Thank you so much! I promise to keep making good material for you guys.
One of my teachers was a smaller guy and I love him teaching my because it was almost “true bjj” he had to use all his weight perfectly in order to be as effective as possible and was the first to introduce me to these kindof concepts. My first teacher was so big he could sweep me just by turning his hips, so his technique didn’t need to be as clean (although he was still very good, he just didn’t have to work as hard on using his weight because he naturally was gifted in the area of weight) as opposed to my second teacher who was a smaller framed guy and really was excellent about using shoulder pressure and being very heavy and uncomfortable
i love your conceptual principles brandon- so much better than just mindlessly trying to gnash at techniques
I’m not a very good athlete, so I gotta over analyze everything 😂
I could listen to you teach you hours. If you ever release an audio book, I’m buying.
Invisible jiu jitsu!
Golden information.
Very articulate and clear! Hats off sir!!
Brandon you are an Amazing teacher.
Lots of love and respect.👍👍
Thank you very much
this is some good instruction
Greetings from Prattville, AL! Hopefully when I'm not a 3 day old white belt, I can make a trip to Decatur.
P.S. loved your meathook DVD on bjj fanatics.
Right on, James! Come through anytime. Who are you training with down in Prattville? I didn't even know we had a BJJ school down there now!
@@brandonmcninja there isn't one. I travel to Montgomery to train at NXG combat sports.
Who’s there?
@@brandonmcninja the gym is run by Micheal Bateman

This is a great tip. 🙏
Really random question - Is Nikiah a precocious student, although sometimes it may even get in the way?
Nekiaya is one of our Blue Belts and she works here too!

Hello Brandon! I have came up with an ideia training alone yesterday, but I don't have anyone to try until the isolation is over. Can you tell me if it has any potencial? I'm a short guy and can rarely close the dead orchard, but I though what about after getting muddy waters, I secure a tepee lock (but with both of their arms in), hold their head with one hand, and proceds to try the dead orchard submissions with the other, you think can it be a good position?
Only one way to find out. But we need this quarantine to end first
