    There are a lot of instructionals on the butterfly guard, this is the absolute best one, especially because of all the WHY'S that are answered technicallly and strategically

      Have been studying butterfly tactics on the net with Wardzinski and Marcelo Garcia, all great stuff, BUT, that video of you alone presenting lot of those tiny concepts for techniques refinement and that transition in to the triangle is some serious sheet bro! Keep it up. Best of success.
