I hated her even more than him. i see a man who would do this as analogous to an "enemy" in a war and a woman who would not help another woman as a TRAITOR to feminism. In a war a traitor is EVEN WORSE than the enemy. Maybe she offered the lady that "promotion" to avoid getting sued. If I was the woman her husband sexually assaulted I would sue the bank for more money than I would be able to make working 30 years at whatever "position" that sleazo's wife tried to offer me.

I would report him because women don’t deserve to be treated like objects that’s just not right to treat a woman like that. Women need to report sexual harassment when it happens and not bottle it up they need to file a police report and have police work on it

I wrote above that I hated her EVEN MORE than I hated the husband. She had a PROFESSIONAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to investigate ALL accusations of sexual harassment or sexual assault and her reaction was totally unprofessional and maybe illegal and I have to wonder if the "promotion" she offered at the end was an attempt to butter his victim up so that she would not SUE. I would have sued that bank drier than a corn husk in the Sahara.

The story is kind of vague. So they all just believed that the intern was taken by the boss to that room? What if it was the other way around? She didn't even have any evidence of his harrassment on her. If I were one of the people there, I wouldn't believe anything without substantial proof.
Still finding him naked means he wants to cheat on his wife willingly.... Even if intern set him up... Still he agreed too... His agreement is enough for him to get a divorce and she would nt have gone for a complaint in the first place if she was involved... What if the wife believed her in the first place and asked her husband right away...the interns bad intention would nt tk a face to be true....
Dear God, have some common sense. She already complained about him in the past and did you ever hear him give any even remotely plausible reason for any of that?
What could the intern have done to get an innocent person in there, locked and naked? She's lucky not to have gotten raped tbh.
The only version I can think of where she's the evil one is if she managed to somehow render him unconscious while he was there or get a colleague of hers to drag him from another place. Again it's very hard to explain why he's not significantly hit or injured by allegedly losing his consciousness and his body is free of sedatives. There isnt a way to fake losing consciousness unless he truly hit himself unconscious. In that case a simple investigation would show that he hit himself with an object from inside the room and it wasnt outside force.
