Ancestry of Hindi. Hindi is a language of Islamic origin which was born in particular region of north India which was core of Islamic rule from khilji to aurangzeb. After Independence, north Indians were comfortable with Hindi hence for their comfort they just changed script to devnagiri and pushed it to entire south India showing that Hindi has its origin from Sanskrit.

The technology is there... But the problem that the people speaking Hindi do not understand is that they can also use the same technology to translate the South Indian Regional Languages or even learn them. I have a simple suggestion. We all know that Hindi is taught in Southern India in schools at a very young age along with their regional mother tongues and English. So why don't the government do the same thing in North India; teach Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil to Northern India. Make India a true multilingual country where most of the population can read, write and understand in any given regional languages. As a matter of fact, Hindi is nothing but a regional language, just like all the other different languages spoken in India. If Hindi is taught to Southern India, the Southern Languages should also be taught to Northern India. If not, nobody is complaining, we all still have English as a common language even if its legacy is bad.

We have lots of our oldest languages and for each of our states and then English to communicate with almost every one in the world, why we need Hindi as second link language, are Indians going to limited their world with in India itself, are those who impose Hindi not going to send heir children’s to English medium schools and then to England or America?
One calculation, North Indian hindi speaking people population is 60 C , literacy rate in hindi speaking states is around 70%.that means 30% of native hindi speaker are not read and write hindi, 60c ×30% means 18 C people. Here south Indian population is only 25 C. first of all you will be educated hindi to the native hindi speaker.
It is not imposing but the first step of uniform civil code... every regional language will be there at the place as it has been clearly told by the govt that the primary education must be in the mother tounge so that every body could know the reading, writing of vernacular language But some national language has to be there which can be understand in entire country. Suppose the troops of Madras regiment ordered to move the Assam to help the people in flood it will be very difficult to communicate if both of them doesn't know the one common language.
