- All drone footage was shot outside of the Gatineau Park, and all regulations were followed.
My favourite time to camp is in the fall. The weather is great, bugs are gone and the scenery is epic. I am glad you can join me for a chill camping experience. Car camping or SUV camping isn't really my normal thing but if you have watched my channel, you will know that I love to change things up when it comes to my videos and to my camping adventures.

This was a fun trip. Although I really enjoy canoe camping it's fun to change things up a bit. What about you, have you done any car camping?

Another awesome spot Dave, those golden hour reflections of the trees were amazing. That morning mist and the colours was awesome, I think sleeping in the car would be great...just back in and roll away when you want. Look forward to the next one! :)

Missed this one due to work , look at those trees so beautiful nice spot as well awesome fire , Burgers looked tasty even though you did burn the bacon lol. I love camping and sleeping in my SUV , I do that on crown land in Ontario. even have screen i fasten to windows with magnets in better months . Thanks for bringing us along with you very enjoyable .

Thank Sabrina. We call our Hyundai, High Ho Silver! The maple leaf on the canoe is new, I was actually using it to cover up some screw holes!

Great filming....what brand of canoe is Pickle? This year I Jeepcamped on a beach in the Algoma Highlands near Sault Ste. Marie. I got to see a fantastic thunderstorm roll in over the lake.
Thanks Wendy. I actually don't know which brand of canoe it is. I tried to find out but no luck so far. I bought it used. Jeep camping must be a blast!
One thing i noticed was the crispness of the audio, do you use a mic apart from the cam one?
Honestly I used a very affordable mic, it's the rode video micro. It's small, light and doesn't need a battery. I just plug it in and mount it to the camera. So far so good.

Ya I still have not forgiven myself about the bacon, I feel shame. It was a beautiful spot. Sweden has some fantastic spots as well. I hope to travel there someday. I am a big Daniel Alfredsson fan, I used to produce a tv show on the Ottawa Senators. I enjoy Sweden very much.
