Outstanding, very well executed. I think I'm going to try this with Aberlour 12 instead of Laphroig, I think the citrus after notes would pair nicely with the ginger, honey, and lemon.
DOOM it works in a win win, neighbors supply me with organic oranges, limes, lemon, grapefruit, basil, rosemary, mint, etc etc, and I pay back the favor with drinks.
What do you think of lemon and lime juice that's pre juiced instead of fresh? I know showing the customer that it's fresh, squeezed from a lemon/lime, looks better but do you think the taste is that much better?
