Today is a full body pilates workout so be ready to turn up the burn! We will work for 45 seconds each and perform one round of each exercise! I used my 5 pound dumbbells but those dumbbells are optional so grab some weights if you would like but they are completely optional! Have a great time with this workout! GO CRUSH IT!
Exercises:
1.Heel lifted squat
2. Squat oblique crunch over
3. Squat with front raise
4. 1/2 lunge heel lift right
5. Right leg knee to elbow in 1/2 lunge
6. Right bent arm back fly and extend
7. 1/2 lunge heel lift left
8. Left leg knee to elbow in 1/2 lunge
9. Left bent arm back and extend
10. Superman bent arm pull downs
11. Side plank lift lower and glute lift
12. Canoe overhead
13. Tuck and release
14. Side plank lift lower and glute lift
15. Superman leg abductions
16. Slow push ups with single leg right
17. Bird dog right leg
18. Slow push ups with single leg left
19. Bird dog left leg
20. Plank knee drive right leg open up lift
21. Plank knee drive left leg open up lift
22. Single leg glute pulse and toe touch right
23. Single leg glute pulse and toe touch left
I’m here in 2024 for Balance. I love a good Pilates workout and so glad it has been incorporated into this program. Everyone have a great weekend!

Balance 2024!🎉 woohoo! Almost didn't make it through this one😅 so I finished day 9 of Balance today and saw that day 10 was pilates and i thought to myself "eh how hard can that be, let me do this one as well" ...oh man, it was tough! 😂😂💪 thank you Sydney, great job all of you! ❤✨️

Power Pilates crushed it ...balance Day 10 done. This became progressively harder as the workout progressed. The plank workout at the end was the hardest. Loved it. Pilates in general is very hard but it does give a body a different sort of workout. Friends we did it. Great job everyone.

Balance 2024! Love the pilates this month! Would love it if Sydney incorporated more pilates throughout the year. It is challenging but a different challenge than weight lifting
As a guy, seeing Sydney post a Pilates workout is nightmare fuel. But one thing I’ve learned from her is to be comfortable being uncomfortable. Let’s crush this!

over covid, sydney helped me begin my fitness journey. after starting a new job and moving to a new city once restrictions ended, I haven’t been able to maintain my fitness for more than a month or two at a time. I miss the strength i held during that time in my life, and I am swearing to get back to it. This is week 2 of many. Crush it everyone!!

Omg, this workout was ANOTHER level. I think Sydney should really post at least 1 pilates workout every week. Imagine if she did like a shredded program based only on pilates! I swear this workout was even more powerful than heavy lifting.

Happy Weekend Yall! We made it to the end of WEEK 2. I've never did Pilates before. Everytime I think about it, I think of something my mom did in the 80s and 90s
Postworkout edit: What was that?!?!? My heartrate was barely in the 120s BUT I WAS DRENCHED IN SWEAT and I thought I was going to die only 5 minutes in. Thank god it's the weekend.

Todays workout helped me through.a dark day. A very close family member passed away this afternoon and I pushed off working out to grieve with my kids. But doing this for myself really helped me release a lot. THank you for everyday, but especially today!!!

Day 10 of Balance done 👍🏻✅ there are so many of these moves that I struggle with. Definitely need to put more work in.
What I love about Sydney's workouts is that you see workout type and length and you naturally make an assumption about whether it will be challenging or not, whether the time will pass slowly or quickly. But Sydney always turns that on its head. I've had 60-minute workouts of hers that have flown by, and when I assume that any of her 30-minute workouts will be less challenging (like today), I'm always wrong. Happy weekend and congrats for getting through another week of Summertime Fine!

I thought I will just dread this pilates workout, but I was wrong. I REALLY LOVED IT!!! This is slow but really intense and a challenge!
What I also love is that this workout flew by very quickly, didn't even noticed when Sydney lay and said it's now cool down, I thought there's gonna be next exercise 💕

I just did this today too as I’m running through STF 3.0. I gotta say I don’t like Pilates and almost replaced it with something else, but decided to accept the challenge.
I can’t say I loved it but I can say I finished it 👊🏼 it’s definitely harder than it looks!
I love pilates so much ! Usually, I train just 5 days a week with Sydney, I just skip one the full body because I like to have a pilates class for my active rest day. But I never miss Sydney's pilates workouts !

On day 12, I realized I needed a break. So I took one. So, I was a day late coming to the arm workout yesterday and the pilates today. Combining pilates and the stretch day (14) today so I can get caught up. At first, I felt bad for not working out on Friday, but my body was screaming "NO!" at me, and I listened. I slept great on Friday, and had SO much energy on Saturday to complete the workout (and add extra squats during the break times!). Just sharing to encourage someone else in something that Sydney always says - to take the rest breaks and listen to your body. Thank you Sydney!

Did this one today and immediately did the stretch for today and afterwards I was like, she kicked my ass and then basically put my body and mind to sleep wearing the same outfit! Lol Sydney’s energy is unmatched and always leaves you feeling good about being true to yourself and taking this time to appreciate your abilities through life and that’s why I show up Everyday because the message resonates with me so much.
I was sweating so much through this one! It went by so fast but MAN. Was this challenging, but I’m loving how much more I can trust my body and how sure I am of my movements even when the movement isn’t one I am familiar with. You can do anything with a positive mindsets happy day 13/14 team!! So happy to be on this journey with al of you 💛💛💛
Revisit of an old favorite! Full body, definitely a great sweat!

Crushed it! Take sways from the week are, modifications could be left on screen longer and a mix of long and shorter exercises would be nice. Sometimes 40-50 mins in a row multiple days can feel daunting. Especially for those of us just getting into the routine of working out daily. Thank you for all you do!
There are SO many benefits to switching up workout types! Weight training, cardio, pilates, yoga, TUT, sprints, everything. I appreciate Sydney for reminding my body of other muscles it has and actions it can do that I sometimes forget about. Have a great weekend, everyone 😊

This is always a challenge for me to slow down, focus on form, breathing, etc.... and not want to grab heavy weights but it always amazes me how I feel after these power pilates!
