    Continuation to the unboxing video, this is the #installation process which is not so complex. I had nowhere to go to to refer the Indimotard Kit and now you have it EFI guys!
    Mechanics would insist the wiring has to be altered and connections have to be cancelled but don't listen to them. Only one wire to the TPS sensor has to be interconnected. Stick to the instruction manual and you're good to go.
    It is a straight fit and nothing but a throttle cable is needed additional. The bike did have some problems initially and it took about 3 days for the bike to get used to sipping it from the carb and ever since then she has been a treat. It won't take more than an hour and a half and 500 bucks, or you can do it yourself! It's that easy.
    I will be taking you thru each step in detail and discuss about the parts that came off the bike towards the end.

      1) I've classic 500 EFI 2017 MODEL, which has only one spark plug, can this carburettor fitted?
      2) A spark plug at the top of the silencer too?

      Hey. I'm pretty sure the carb can be fitted to your bike. But to be sure, you can contact Indimotard. They're good chaps.

    Chaged my classic 500 efi to carburettor and now the engine is so smooth and am so shocked 😳 no vibrations at all 😳 i was like what the hecc 😂

      @@nikhilreddy6120 cost wise 18000k Indian rupees and the problem ? I don't face any problems you will miss that sudden push of the efi apart from that the motorcycle is smooth as butter ☺️❤️

      @@nikhilreddy6120 performances is good you will get the pull of the 500cc like always ☺️ and it will go up to 120 to 140 like efi but not fast as efi but it will go for sure and mileage it will give you 32 to 35 per litre ☺️ and hey go to good mechanic ☺️ do not give this kind of work to normal mechanics they will ruin it 😳 and make them tune the carburettor good 👍🏻❤️

    Bhai aaj tak fuel pump ki problem ka Royal enfield walo ne koi solution nhi diya ..
    Customer apne hisaab se bechara karwa raha hai kyuki EFI 500cc me bht zyada problem hai fuel pump break hone ki...
    Agar bike ki running zyada hai to mushkil se 4-5 month me fuel pump break ho jata h or poora change karana pdta hai....

      My bike runs well now. Been one and a half year. It's smooth.
      Still only advise you to go with this if your EFI is faulty.

    Brother my classic 350 bs6 throttle body got damaged and i am planning to go fpr bs3 carb. Along with wiring harness coils tps and everything needed is it a good option.

    Was installing the same thing, a DIY, but ran into an issue. Too many inlets and no idea which to where. Could u be able to help ?
    Also the throttle cable. Was it for a classic 350 or Electra the one you have used

      If you are using Indimotard kit, i can try helping. Tried to simplify the process as much as possible in the video.
      I have used CL350s throttle cable. Changing it to TB350s because of my wide handlebars😊

      Hi. The bike is still running. It's not very much used now. Bike runs good and had a proper bullet feel. However the idling is only smooth when the engine is warmed up and this takes time

      Using it for over 3 months now, and I can recommend this. Missing can be due to other issues. Recommend this if your EFI system fails

      @@muzamilabass3838 not really. The bike feels just as powerful. Only the high end performance might be compromised, but not by a huge margin

    as I m changing my 500 efi to carb as my fuel pump already broken 2 times with the pressure

      Idling. Facing a pretty serious issue with idling as I continously have to keep pumping the throttle to prevent the bike from dying. But once the bike heats up, it becomes fine. Maybe it's just the case with me because this issue started after 3 months of use. It was perfect till then. If you have bumper to bumper traffic situation, it might be a pain, else I usually go on on the highways so not a big concern for me.

      @@thehighwaychannel2746 adjust the tps to .6 or .5 volts ad a resistor in place of the injector no limp mode no fault codes no problems
      If the then also it not working check your carb but i think its your tps voltage plus the obvious limp mode you're running your bike on

      I got the carb cleaned a couple of times after installation and now the idling problem is gone. Still feel best to keep the engine running in choke for a minute.

    I read your comments you are saying your facing problems with idling did you recalibrate your tps sensor? And does this kit have the same problem of starting before 5 sec or the red light comes? If yes i can solve your problem. If you have the fault light on then it could also be a problem of running on limp mode .i have converted my cgt 535 myself without these stupid kits since 2015 without any fault codes

      Classic 500 efi to carb kiya tha after 6 month missing kr rha ha slow running me..40kmph se zada pe koi dikkat nhi krta...silencer b irregular sound kr rha ha jb deaccelerate krta ha..tci carb wiring sb ok ha fir problem detect nhi ho rhi

      Try getting your carburettor cleaned and serviced. Should solve the missing issue.

      The bike works well but am having idling issues. Once the engine is hot, it works like a charm but on idling, the bike turns off. But performance is lovely and great for cities and highways. Do wait for the long term review of the same

      @@bahadurprasad558 if your efi is working, no need to change. My bike worked perfectly in the beginning but from the last one month, when the bike is cold, there is idling issues. But once it heats up, it works perfectly. Not a big deal and something you can love with. I'm happy with my decision

      It's my friends on his Classic 350. I am busy with work so don't get time to vlog. Will shortly upload a review for the carb conversion. I do on rides every weekend with my C500 and it pulls like a 🏇. Had crossed 135kph last week. The bike feels good. And it feels better in the city, once it heats up
