- #RE Classic and TB #500 come fitted with electronic fuel injection which gives a peppy responsive feel and a taste of modern tech to a classic motorcycle. But this comes at a price of talking away the reliability as electrification is never REs piece of cake. The components fail with time and are expensive to replace. The mechanics at RE are not great at finding these faults and fixing the issues with the #EFI.
So to end it once and for all, I started my hunt to find a perfect carburettor for my Bull and I came across Indimotard Greasehouse Customs with their carb conversion kit which was the easiest way to do so WITHOUT MESSING WITH THE WIRING HARNESS. This was a big deal for me and all my doubts and concerns were answered by Mr. Trishul from #Indimotard. I felt like taking a chance, and here it is, me sitting with the kit.

Brother Please make more videos about your 500 cc beast The problems u r facing after Carb converted! I was worried that spark plugs Are running okay? And no issues in spark plugs? i want to get it done in my fi 500 re classic And i was worried that the spark plug will get short again and again or get deposited by carbon
Sure but waiting to get the Bull serviced. Will do again once she is ready.
Carbon deposit is there and I open it once in 2 weeks and clean it up. No issues with spark plugs as such. Facing some issues with the bike rn as I'm confused if it is because of the carb or the tappet setting. Wanted to fix her up properly before I review it🍻🍻
@@thehighwaychannel2746 i am sure its because u didnt changed the wiring harness and rotor assy and tci u kept ecm as it was I am sure u r facing missing issues🤷🏻♂️

This carb is a conversion kit for turning EFI models to carb ones with minimum changes. Some fine tuning is required and it's not perfect. Once the lockdown is lifted, I'll be working on it.

Hello. Hope our conversation helped you make the right decision for you. Reliability has been improved and it has been months since the bike has been running with the carb without any issues. I haven't done any long rides with the bike after the conversion and can't comment on the performance in varied altitudes but I feel adjustments have to be made to the air/fuel mix and the bike should be good to go

Where I can buy pump plate ?
If you mean the plate to close the pump cavity in the tank, it's part of the kit. Otherwise, you can get it from RE too from their 350cc range
