I bought this same model Dyson in March 2021. I was really looking forward to having it and did (I thought), a good amount of research. The machine and Dyson customer service have both been a nightmare. At the time it was delivered I was about a month away from moving into a new place so I didn’t unbox it or set it up. When I finally did begin using it, all seemed to work well. Until 3-4 weeks later and it didn’t. Short story, they sent a replacement (refurbished), more problems, asked for refund and was denied. In hindsight, many other purifiers are rated better for less money. Thank you for the review.
My filter lasted 1yr & 2 months, I have it in the bedroom so I mainly use it at night all night, every night even in the winter time 🤣, I did bought the genuine filter from QVC, where I also bought the fan. So far I’m very happy with my Dyson. I rarely use the remote bcuz I use Alexa to turn it on/off.
Bought mine used a year and a half ago. It pretty much stays on 10. I'm trying a 3rd party filter now and the airflow seems lower than usual with the app still showing 30% left. Overall though it's my 2nd favorite product in my house. It's an absolute beast and looks stunning
If you’re abusing it, im absolutely destroying it 😂 i use 2/3 of them at speed 10 everyday~ the remaining one i keep it in auto mode every single day 24/7 😅
If you have seasonal allergies, put one of these beasts in your office/bedroom. I bought mine in July and this spring I can stay away from the antihistamines when I'm working from home!
I bought this yesterday but my husband said its electric fan only for summer anyone use it for winter?please let me know i have a baby and she habe allergy thats why i will try to use this

How power is the fan though? I've heard these Dyson fans aren't very powerful.
Not good.. a cheaper fan has more power than this.
