Hi Jon.Greetings from the other side of the pond.I am an old hand 70 last birthday.Been playing for 55 yrs but you never stop learning.Been a Blues player most of that time but always loved Jerry and chet etc.Love your vids. Even after all these years your 3 licks are challenging.Hope to see some more in the future.Meanwhile you are a great player and teacher. Thanks again for sharing your skill and talent.
Hello, Paul, I've been at this guitar disease for 61 years now, 74 years old, and I've been racking my brain for a long time, trying to figure out that intro to "The Claw". So happy to finally see this video. Haven't tried it yet, but looking forward. I already consider it a major breakthrough. -Rick
@@rickwine9821 I'm right there with you Rick and I totally relate to what you say. I've long been more of a country blues player who uses the two finger "Travis Picking" method. These Reed licks and his way of playing is challenging to say the least, but doable for us who stick with it. Jon does a very good job in this video.
Very good lesson. If you try to get a closer camera at the guitar, I think we could see better everything Thank you very much for your precious sharing. Ciao.

Jerry Reed was arguably the greatest guitar innovator of all time
Jerry was incredibly unique that's for sure!
Good job, Jon. Glad to see folks keep discovering Jerry's music.
You, sir, are a great guitarist . I have many favorites from you, but streetwise is just a great tune that is not long enough
