Patsy Cline had such a powerful voice. Watching her she looked like it came to her effortlessly. One of me favorite singers for many years. Another is Chick Henderson "Begin The Beguine" circa 1939.
Patsy was a true musical pro. Use of dynamics, vibrato, phrasing, all the variables that make music more than noise.

when i was a kid my parents had a patsy cline record i would put it on the record player and do all my chores while singing along at the top of my lungs

OK Stan, I have one for you. It doesn't look like you haven't reacted to them at all.The group is Three Dog Night, meaning that is the number of dogs you sleep with to keep warm at night. The song is "Eli's Coming" the live version from 1975. They have 3 lead singers and all of them take part in the start of the song. They were a very big group in the 70s, many hits for them.
